Ethereal Soul Reinvēnted 2024

Continuing with the range from Reinvented. Here now with Ethereal Soul, which I got to know in the Discovery Set. With "Lucid Dream | Reinvēnted," the brand currently has another scent that is highly hyped and also caters to a cherry direction. This Ethereal Soul is far less famous, which doesn't necessarily mean much. Cherry has been a note that has performed extremely well in recent years. Even in 2026, I believe it is still a note that is very well received and not really out of fashion. However, you can slightly feel that the hype is somewhat declining, which is not necessarily a bad thing. So here comes the "ethereal soul," as the fragrance is titled here. The scent is not really ethereal, even though delicate hints are recognizable. Overall, it's a great fragrance that features a wonderful sour cherry in the lead role, which reminds me a bit of TF's Electric Cherry, so it's not another dupe of the overcrowded Lost Cherry. Overall, it's a great cherry scent that I find convincing, but it doesn't spark any desire to purchase in me. This is because I am quite well-stocked with cherry fragrances, and this scent doesn't "flash" me enough for that.

Price-wise, like all Reinvented, it's quite fair with a recommended retail price of €180 for 75ml and some possible discounts in various online shops. The bottles and packaging are also uniform, only the cap and the lettering have their own color. Overall, a great package that really convinces me. For the cherry, there is a red cap here.
You get a wonderful sour cherry note that brings a lovely fruity sweetness. In the first hours, the cherry is clearly the main actor. Along with it, there is a bit of freshness from lemon & bergamot, but true citrus notes do not come through. A bit of raspberry also comes through, adding more fruity-berry notes that also slightly lean towards gourmand with a lovely sweetness. However, sour cherry is clearly the note that dominates in the first 3-4 hours. Black currant provides some dark-fruity notes, and floral notes also come through in the heart note. The fragrance doesn't really become floral through freesia, iris, and jasmine, but rather soft. The base consists of slightly mossy-green notes and the usual and unspectacular musk-amber combo, which is quite harmonious and pleasant. Overall, it's a great fragrance that knows how to convince, especially through the cherry note in the first hours. The scent is absolutely unisex and wearable for anyone who enjoys cherry in fragrances. The scent is suitable for everyday wear and also for the evening with this uncomplicated, not too penetrating style.
Performance is absolutely in the green zone, and the first hours with the cherry note radiate really well. Later, the sillage becomes more intimate, but still well perceivable. I would estimate the longevity somewhere between 8 and 10 hours.

This is a well-made cherry fragrance for me, even though I will not buy it. Specifically, ladies can test this fragrance well, as can fans of cherry leaning towards sour cherry. A great fragrance that can be worn for many occasions and, except for the height of summer, throughout the year.

A beautiful opening with cherry, bergamot, and lemon, perfect for summer. Then come black currant and raspberry, combined with delicate flowers that make everything light and elegant. In the drydown, it becomes creamy-musky with moss and warming amber.

It is feminine without being intrusive.

I find Ethereal Soul has something about it. It doesn't completely captivate me, but I can't say that I don't like the scent. It is fruity and sweet, but at the same time, it has something slightly earthy about it, if that can even be described that way. Amber plays nicely here, as does this slight earthiness. The earthiness (softly earthy) could also be patchouli.

The scent starts off directly with these prominent fruity chords.
The fruity notes are lightly refreshed by bergamot and a bit of lemon. Otherwise, we mainly have a prominent raspberry, some blackcurrant, and cherry. Although I don't really recognize the cherry. In my opinion, the focus is more on the mix of raspberry and blackcurrant.

Relatively quickly, there is this slightly different part that swings in.
A part that could be something slightly earthy, like patchouli. In any case, this gives a certain twist to the composition and is a great counterpart to the fruity notes. I also find the amber accord relatively present and feel that it doesn't only emerge in the base. A few floral notes round off the scent a bit. They are not really prominent, but they are there.

Towards the end, the amber accord becomes even more intense, the perceived impression of patchouli has also become stronger, and a few fruity nuances are definitely still recognizable to me.

Ethereal Soul is suitable for unisex use and has a really appealing performance.
Longevity and sillage are quite good. Especially the sillage I found to be really strong at the beginning.

All in all, it's a scent that you can definitely test out and that stands worse with its rating of 6.6 points than it actually is. At least that's my view!
But well, there are also too few ratings to take that really seriously.
