The smell of certainties in life

It DOES represent the lilac fragrance. Extremely creamy and velvety. I also get lots of musky nuances, coming from I’m not even sure what. The white florals are quite soft, at least for the first hour. The vetiver is there, but it stays in the background: it supports and balances the composition, though I personally would have liked it to be more present. Amazing sillage and projection.
Lilac always brings a sense of nostalgia for me, but here there’s also a strong feeling of serenity. It’s a comforting, sweet fragrance — a true cocooning scent. It smells like reliability, like quiet certainties in life.
I think it works best in cold or cool weather, definitely not in the heat. If you love lilac, you really can’t skip this one!

Floral perfection (edited)

As far as floral combinations go, this is beautifully executed. If you love vetiver and fresh flowers, you will adore this perfume.

My complaint is that it's rather dull. It just smells like perfume to me and nothing more. It is also quite weak. Nearly imperceptible on the fragrance card, which is why I bought a sample to see if was better on my skin. It wasn't.

If you just want to smell nice and feminine and don't want to offend anyone at all, you'll adore this fragrance. However, if you're a connoisseur of fragrances, you can skip this one, it's quite boring.

Edit: after wearing this a few more times, I have to update my review! I said this perfume was boring (and maybe it is just one note) but its one note is singular floral perfection. Have you ever stumbled upon a lilac bush in full summer bloom and sunk your nose into its beautiful purple flowers? That first deep breath of pure delight! This fragrance somehow captures that exact smell and feeling. I find myself missing vetiver in bloom sometimes when I'm not wearing it. I think this is a sign that I secretly adore it and may in fact need a full bottle.
