Wanted to love it...

The 2 stars are for the initial burst of cherry goodness that I experienced upon spraying! However, the scent ends up turning a bit rancid on my skin. I was so disappointed, but ended up giving it to another friend of mine, and it smells beautiful on her! Reminds me of a fruitier version of the Jergens Cherry Almond lotion. Definitely go the trial or mini route before buying a full bottle.

I Want To Bathe In This -A Cherry Hater

WOW. This is incredible. It's creamy, delicious, gorgeous, and luscious, and this is coming from someone who is NOT a cherry fan. The faintly sweet musk is just perfect. I will say the cherry is a little screechy when it's first sprayed on but as the scent develops it gets so much better. I got this in a 4-piece tester set along with Coco Shimmy (which I still have yet to test), Sweet Ash, and Vanilla Vice, which I was expecting to like the most. Based on what's in Coco Shimmy (I don't like piña colada) this will probably still be my favorite after I test that. I can't wait to play around with layering this with others in my collection and I'm adding it to my wishlist immediately!

nostalgic but not kiddish

this is a really fun, friendly cherry, perfect for spring/summer. their description, that it's meant to bring back childhood nostalgia, is dead-on, because there's something almost childlike about this, even though I wouldn't call it childish by any means. unfortunately, it lasts practically no time at all on me, and I'm about 40% sure it gives my skin a reaction, but it's a lot of fun! although it should be noted that this opinion comes from someone who loves the cherry note in Black Opium Over Red.

artificial cherry syrup and baby powder

To me, although not a bad fragrance by any means, this was such a massive letdown as I really loved the listed notes. I had been hoping for a juicy, tart cherry. Those saying it smells like Jergen's cherry almond lotion are spot on.

On me, this gets really really powdery and reminds me a lot of Gucci Guilty, which isn't a scent I hate! But I haven't worn it since it was gifted to me in high school. For that reason, it's pleasantly nostalgic, but I don't even see myself finishing this 2ml sample.

Cherry lollipop with a twist

Snif is definitely a fragrance house that is not so easily available in Europe. That's why I had to take the opportunity during my trip to Miami to pick up the Discovery Set from Snif.
The first moment you smell it, you clearly get cherry lollipop vibes. At first, this impression is very pure, but it doesn't take long for the flowers and wood to join in. Rose, jasmine and mimosa are perceptible, but play a subordinate role. Vertiver and birchwood play a somewhat greater role alongside the fruitiness. Over time, the fragrance becomes more woody/smoky without ever losing its fruitiness. The mix of cherry and raspberry is well chosen and the vanilla gives the whole thing the necessary sweetness that you would expect from a tart, but without dominating too much.
If you are a fan of Lovefest Burning Cherry | 48 Eau de Parfum or Lost Cherry Eau de Parfum and are looking for a change, you are on the right track.
