J adore mais...

Ce parfum est magnifique vraiment une superbe qualité,une odeur suave sensuelle gourmande.
J y sens surtout le lait d amande,l heliotrope,le benjoin et l elemi avec une douceur très légère de fleur ( ylang je pense)
Mais le prix fera qu il ne viendra pas rejoindre ma collection même si je l aime beaucoup

Frangipani and Almond Milk…

Clearly, this is a scent for people who enjoy heavy, sweet, floral, and powdery perfumes. Anyone who is not into such fragrances doesn't need to test this scent at all.

Right after spraying, I smell my absolute favorite note, the frangipani. I have also smelled frangipani in nature, and no flower smells as enchanting as frangipani, in my opinion. A feast for my nose. Immediately, there is a very creamy blend of caramel and almond milk with musk. Overall, the scent is very sweet and creamy and has, from the very beginning, a bit of a lipstick note that makes the fragrance very powdery and hyper-feminine but not too dominant…

In the drydown, I distinctly smell benzoin with a hint of cinnamon. I can hardly smell the rum… For me, the scent is a good mix of gourmand and floral. It is a nose-pleaser, but as I said, only for those who like creamy, dense, and heavy perfumes.

The scent smells like a frangipani flower floating in almond milk and sprinkled with caramel and powdered sugar…

Longevity is very good, sillage is moderate. The bottle is not really my style, too dark and compact, but it’s all about the scent. The spray head is absolutely inadequate. Compared to the rest, it feels cheap and doesn’t really produce a fine mist.

I find the scent incredibly feminine and beautiful, but not for everyday wear and only for the right occasion.

Bottle is still just a bottle

After testing 2 samples and writing a statement, I want to dedicate another review to this fragrance, as the samples did not fully reflect the scent.

After testing the 2 samples, I decided to share with "Brocéliande | Sora Dora" together. Even during the decanting of the fragrance, it was clear to me that the samples did not reveal everything. For me, almond milk, musk, vanilla, and caramel were the main players in this exciting scent. Until then!
Already when taking the first spray, I knew that there was much more in the bottle.
The citrus notes come to the forefront right from the start. During the decanting test, I kept asking myself why this fragrance was given a floral name. Now I know.
No typical Ylang as I know it is present, and there is something else I can't name. It smells slightly cherry-like on my skin (could that be the orchid?). This floral composition with a slight hint of resin (minimal) results in a super beautiful, extremely elegant, and extraordinary fragrance. I wouldn't know which scent to compare it to.
After 5 hours, it becomes a bit softer and creamier and lasts a good 8-10 hours on my skin.
On clothing, you can double that.
Sillage is moderate to good. It is noticeable, but not intrusive.

Now to the bottle:
The bottle is of high quality and very heavy (gray heavy glass). I think the cap contributes to this, as it feels like it is made of stone/marble. In speckled black. Great to look at and for the perfume collection. However, it is not very practical. It sits on so tightly that you can hardly get it off.
Criticism goes to the spray head. It does not match the high-quality bottle at all. I try to avoid being negative in reviews, but unfortunately, this spray head does not deserve more. Dear perfume house: this is not acceptable, you definitely need to improve this!!!

My overall conclusion:
Great, extraordinary fragrance.
Since I am not a fan of floral scents, it is unfortunately not a fragrance for me and will leave the little cabin as a sharing bottle.

Sexy, elegant, feminine, strong!

The first thing that comes to mind when I wear Orchidée Rouge is a freshly sharpened kohl pencil. This noble fragrance combines sensuality that a woman feels for herself while applying makeup and gradually feeling more beautiful (not that one has to, but that's how it is for me). The scent of the sharpened pencil, on an evening with a glass of red wine, while wearing my favorite dress and just needing to slip into high heels to feel perfect and dance carefree all night. I feel confident, feminine, beautiful. Thank you for that, Orchidée Rouge!
