Dark cacao

Not a gourmand chocolate. Instead, very dusty, dark cacao powder and synthetic ebony woods. I have a hard time picking up any coffee (unless its just so bitter it blends away). Was really hoping for pancakes & maple syrup--crossing my fingers that would be immortelle. Alas, just semi-sweet, arid dark chocolate and woods. And I mean the 99% cocoa bars that have only trace sweetness.

Others are right that the drydown is the best part. Smells like a chocolate candle.

Unexpected chocolate

Although I get no coffee or pancakes and syrup, this is beautiful very dark chocolate that develops in to a strong blood orange andslightly sweet vanilla scent. It has projection and lasts a long time. Giving those around you a treat! I feel like it can be worn all year round.. it's not a heavy or cloying fragrance.
I thought I would love caramel pop more from this vivamor collection, but I love this one just as much! It's a delicious dark chocolate orange semi sweet vanilla Godiva chocolate.
I want a backup bottle!

Great chocolate gourmand, well-balanced

Sampling Vivamor Parfums Choco Exclusif, from their recently-released collection of 5, a follow-up to their original collection of 11 from last year, and as its name suggests, it’s chocolate-rich, to my nose, in the way of dry cocoa powder mixed with citruses and a vaguely sweeter based, described officials as a pancakes accord, maple syrup, and vanilla. It feels delicately and carefully put together, not heavy-handed in any one respect. I for one find too much citrus against chocolate to be unpleasant, but the very slight touch in this blend, particularly just in the opening, and it has a slightly spicy quality throughout that gives it some class. I love this one, just as with Caramel Pop, for its realistic, well-conceived, and highly enjoyable gourmand blend, which also performs well.

The full Vivamor line is carried not only on the house website but also by great boutiques like Perfumology, and I love that the pricing for this new quintet ($125) is lower than the original collection ($145), still at extrait concentration in 100ml bottle size.
