Powdery, heavy, and sweet!
The manufacturer describes the EdP as a warm, cozy baby powder scent. That's about right, but I personally don't find this scent "cozy"; it lacks that homely, deeper something.
Right upon application, there's an alcoholic note (which doesn't bother me; this often happens with smaller manufacturers at the beginning), but it quickly dissipates. After a minute or two, the scent begins to unfold. My first association is: "Wow, a spritz would have definitely been enough!" and "I know this scent from somewhere" - until it comes back to me. As a child, I had a doll from the USA from Cabbage Patch Kids that was heavily perfumed and still smelled years later when stored in the basement. This perfume smells almost exactly like that, which gave me a flashback to my 6-year-old self.
After 15 minutes, the scent has deepened and rounded out. The strong vanilla that many perceive is not something I can pick out. Instead, the entire fragrance is rounded off by a warm, powdery tonka note. I also perceive a hint of flower, violet, iris? I can't pinpoint it more accurately, but I'm not an expert on floral scents since they are not my usual preference. What I mainly perceive is the heavy, sweet powderiness. It could pass as baby powder, even though the scent lacks the creamy-fresh aspect of real baby powder.
After an hour, the perfume begins to "settle," becoming more moderate and lasting until it starts to fade. It remains a heavy, sweet powder scent with a nice floral note, but not as dominant as at the beginning.
I also wear heavy scents during the day, don't care about "For Men/Women," love unisex fragrances, but I'm out with this note. For me, the floral note in this combination is absolutely nothing, and in general, my association with the wearer is more of an older lady than a mid-20s student. The longevity is fine, lasting several hours.
Conclusion:
The perfume is somehow a mix of Cabbage Patch Kids on a bouquet of flowers, with a dash of stale powder, and I absolutely miss the depth; it feels too flat for me. Not bad by any means, but those who love such scents will find it at an absolutely affordable price!
