Eau de luxe....
smells indeed luxurious and elegant in a certain way: It doesn’t impose with its sillage, it’s not heavy, it’s not too sweet... quite balanced. Eau de Luxe starts off quite fresh with citrus notes; first I smell bergamot, then tangerine mixes in. Pink pepper tickles my nose slightly and gives it a cheeky touch despite all the elegance. I might still pick up the flowers, but I don’t perceive the rest on my skin at all. Longevity and sillage are solid for the price.
I only give the fragrance 50% because I expected more from the noble woods and anticipated something a bit skinnier... I miss the warmth, yes, I find Eau de Luxe almost a tad too sour smelling. Perhaps more musk should have been added to make the scent softer. However, for those who enjoy fresh, zesty, and yet SWEET fragrances, feel free to ask me after the decant to get your own impression :)
