For all those who have been waiting for a lasting vanilla... ? ;)
Once again, such a poor fragrance without any comments...
Completely selflessly and naturally only for this reason, I will take a look at it...
The opened sample and freshly applied remind me of a roll-on lip oil I had in my early youth.
But it smells better than that cheap vanillin brew.
Shortly after, I think of “Méharées” - after a glance at the fragrance notes, no wonder!
Both share: cinnamon, sandalwood, amber, musk, vanilla
I can't perceive the clove or the orchid in the Wolkenseifen fragrance, and the notes that Méharées has more of do not significantly determine its scent.
Over time, “Waiting for you” doesn't change too much; the most dominant note until the end is the vanilla, but it is not alone, sandalwood for example reveals itself despite its low usage because it is the only woody note, and I perceive a very subtle resinous quality.
Other spices are also present, but so weak that I cannot identify them, which is usually quite easy with clove and cinnamon.
Conclusion: What is too much for me in Méharées is too sweet and too little (apart from the vanilla) in “Waiting for you,” perhaps also too synthetic; I don't know if the vanilla is real.
What a pity.
I can generally imagine such a fragrance for myself every now and then, but it would probably need to be grounded a bit more (sandalwood? patchouli?) and possibly contain more natural ingredients...
All in all, the fragrance is certainly not bad, and at least I didn't have to wash it off.
It would have been quite difficult, as the longevity is very good.
Oriental freaks, sweet-toothed individuals, and vanilla fans should definitely test it!
Due to the rather moderate sillage and the "non-perfumed" scent, it is also quite wearable for someone who does not want to appear feminine and/or young.
