All year round
This is @ masterpiece!
Bubble gum mixed with cloves and Quince. Very original and unique. Later in the drydown there comes soft vanilla rounding this fragrance up. Its top note dominant I would say it stays for 2-3h on the sking, this ripe, sweet and spicy scent, and after that it goes to a skinscent for couple more hours. I love wearing this but I love it even more on woman. Its all year round fragrance so you can weare it any time.

A very beautiful spicy fruity fragrance - unusual and unique.
Sometimes we run into a perfume that is so unique that we are unable to put it in any niche. This is one of those perfumes. Dolce Amalfi resembles no other perfume I own or have tested, even remotely. This review is based on a full bottle of Dolce Amalfi. Miroslav Petkov, an IFF perfumer, is the nose behind Dolce Amalfi.

The opening is a beautiful blast of quince, cardamom, apple and saffron. In about an hour, the heart notes emerge and join the quince and the cardamom, which continues throughout the middle stage. The heart notes - clove and resins - do not really separate clearly from the opening notes, and together they persist for 6-8 hours before fading out eventually. The resins - tolu balm and frankincense - work nicely with the clove accord. The mild sweet and woody base notes that appear later are mostly vanilla, tonka and cedar on my skin. Dolce Amalfi is one of the most unique and beautiful perfumes in my collection. The olfactory progression is very lovely on my skin. This fragrance has no citrus notes, though the name and the orange bottle may suggest otherwise.

The performance of this perfume is excellent. It lasts on my skin for 6-8 hours, and the base notes and dry down are detectable even after twelve hours. The sillage is also very good, perceptible even a few feet away.

Along with Italica, Dolce Amalfi is one of the unusual gourmands from Xerjoff. The perfumer manages to keep it from turning into syrupy gourmand by keep the notes light and fruity, while boosting the spiciness using clove, cardamom and saffron. Dolce Amalfi is much more wearable than Italica. I recommend Dolce Amalfi to everyone, at least a 30 ml bottle if you can get it for less than $80.

Best kept
This is Xerjoff best kept secret in my opinion, I took a chance to blind purchase this because there wasn't many reviews on it and BOY I'm glad that I did . When you know the notes that appeal to you then it is worth taking a chance on, AND THE PERFORMANCE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. The opening is a nice pine on my skin and then that juicy fruit buggle gum sweetness come to play , making it a very lovely complex fragrance that performs very well. I will be doing my Xerjoff top 15 fragrances and this will definitely make the top 5. Check my review.

Memories of Childhood
The richness of Amalfi in the 10th century was such that Guglielmo Appulo wrote that no town was richer in gold, silver, and cloth of all sorts, and that Arabs, Sicilians, Africans, and even Indians met there.
Amalfi is wonderfully chaotic, but it is full of a warmth that is comforting, that makes one feel good.
And this fragrance wants to give us this wonderful sensation with vanilla, slightly spicy and soft notes that, like others who have reviewed it, gives me memories of childhood.
A time when it was festive and I would sink my hands into the red paper of Rossana sweets, which I literally adored.
A scent that made me smile with nostalgia, and that is no small thing.
Medium sillage and persistence, I absolutely recommend you try it for a wonderful olfactory experience.

Let’s go to the amalfi coast.
When I first smell this parfume i was very suprised. "How is this possible a scent from a fruit that smells so pure, strong and sooooo good.
So this become one of my best Casamoratis ever.
This smels like a ripe delicious fruits (mix of apple, quince and also some lemon) but not sweet. There is also some bubblegum and vanilla scent in it in my opinion and a very good touch of cinnamon cloves. I would say that this is a real holiday parfum when you are going to the coast with fabulous weather (Greece of italian coast).
Longevity is amazing, this will stay on your skin all day. And the silage is also very strong. So if you like fruity parfums you will definitely love this one.

Dolce Amalfi is an addictive, fruity and spicy scent, composed of sour and dry quinces with cloves and cardamom. Vanilla for the drydown.

Sweet quince, spicy clove, resin, saffron and a bit of wood; a fruity warm cake straight out of the oven cooling off on the window sill.

Juicy fruit gum? Yes.
But, it's the profile of juicy fruit made up if individual high quality notes.
Tremendous.

Gets worse over time. Brilliant Opening and great sweetness, but because it keeps the sweetness 10h+ you get a headache...
