it's like you took a chainsaw (or the equivalent tool to saw metal) and you saw a piece of metal.
the metallic note is omnipresent. At first I found it pleasant, but after wearing a few times, i decided that I don't like that metal note in it.
Is it worth the hype ? hum.. not sure.
The bottle is not great, the sprayer is nice.
But the packaging is very weak !! it's like you're unboxing some cheap stuff

this is a sweet conforting scent.
you smell honey + cinnamon + tobacco, in this specific order.
preferably to use in cold weather.
I see a well groomed man, with a classy attitude and a turtleneck as clothes pull of this.
I don't know about the old formulations, but the current formulation is not room filling as some reviewer say. Projection is enough and longevity is good. This is not a monster performer

not your typical oud I have to say.
this is more like an elegant woody scent. Niche or designer ? who cares ?
as far as you like this is not that important for me..
tom ford has created a nice scent, crowd pleaser.
when you look to the note breakdown you expect an oriental scent but it's not.
this is a very smooth blend.

I don't know what i was expecting before buying blindly this perfume.
This turns out to be a great rose, oud, incense combo.
The opening is a lil bit harsh, but it faints to a nice and well blended rose & oud combo.
you can feel the dried fruits that gives just a pinch of sweetness.
I like it, but it's not a signature scent for me.

this perfume is to die for (when you can get past the opening). Sometimes i spray it the day before on my clothes, to get the dry down directly in the morning.
The opening is very harsh and medicinal to me, a big safron note straight to the noise. I got used to it, but the people around me find it repellent.
The dry down is all i like, a very pleasant, very well blended, smooth woody slightly fruity notes.
It will always be in my shelve
