The year is 1970, somewhere in Silzilien. The mafia is in the prime of its existence and crime lurks around every corner. A man dressed in black with a cigar, hat and coat enters the bar. He is followed by 2 other men. One with a toothpick and the other with a large scar on his face. All the guests immediately make room and the barman prepares a glass of rum with a shaky hand. The well-dressed man in black smells of fine tobacco and iris. The smell of rum mingles with it, which he drinks in one gulp.

A mafia boss could smell like this. Boozy, spicy, classy. I fell in love the first time I wore it. It hits my nerve exactly and it's a real insider tip if "man" ;) likes dark boozy tobacco fragrances.

I would expect a little more in terms of longevity with this DNA, but with a little more generous spraying you can get close to 7 hours.

Incredibly beautiful and worth every penny.

Once upon a time there was a coconut called Elmo. Elmo lived on a palm tree, far away on a desert island. One day, Elmo decided to set off on an adventure and plunged blindly into the sea. Days must have passed and Elmo could already feel the salt in every pore until he came across Mrs. Seaweed. She was very pleased to see someone, as she rarely had visitors. A few days later, after Elmo had regained his strength and rested, he said goodbye to Mrs. Seaweed and set off again. Much time passed and the days at sea became rougher. There were high waves everywhere and Elmo was on the verge of drowning. Fortunately for him, Mr. Driftwood swam past and he was able to save himself on him until the sea calmed down again. Grateful for his rescue, Elmo set off again a few days later on his next adventure...

Dear readers. If you are ever by the sea, keep your eyes peeled, because maybe you too will be lucky enough to meet Elmo on his adventures.

A fragrance that was supposedly launched for the ladies. It's just too bad that nobody told my wife, because she doesn't find it appealing. Well, that leaves more for me, because I find it very beautiful and also like to wear it as a man. It's a lovely floral, powdery summer fragrance with hints of sun cream. For having been around for so long, I find it extremely timeless.

A blend of light citrus, which is flattered by various creamy flowers. Heliotrope and carnation come out particularly well. As a base, vanilla, benzoin and styrax provide the necessary depth and longevity.

The H|S is quite good for an edt. It lasts for around 7 hours.

Conclusion: If my wife doesn't want it, I'm on hand and happy to help out.

If someone asked me for a niche fragrance, then I would recommend this one. It fulfills all expectations and at an acceptable price.

The fragrance opens sweet, berry, leathery. You could interpret the sweetness as cotton candy, which falls to a pleasant level after the opening. This creates space for the incense, which remains for the rest of the fragrance. A beautifully balanced fragrance experience of a special kind. Definitely unique.

The bottle is visually ok so far, although I would like to see a few visual differences and highlights between the individual fragrances, but the atomizer is great.

H|S there is nothing to complain about. Simply top. Thumbs up all along the line

So far, only 2 Armaf fragrances have found their way into my collection and this was one of the surprise candidates for me. As soon as I put it on, I knew that this was a fragrance that nobody was talking about, even though it deserved a lot of hype.

For me, it's the epitome of Caribbean Christmas. How so you ask Euhh. Well, it has some familiar wintry essences like nutmeg, cinnamon, frankincense, vanilla. Now comes the twist that makes it so special to me. Green apple, lavender and jasmine, let the summer through and are by no means a contradiction but round off the fragrance and give it a, ok wow, I didn't expect a twist. I think these fragrance notes are also responsible for this booziness. Therefore also wearable in summer, I think.

It does have a certain synthetic quality, admittedly, but not in a disturbing sense. As you know, its role model, the Red Tobacco, has this too.

H|S are already above average and can be seen for the price.

Conclusion: Christmas also exists in the Caribbean. A real surprise that deserves its place in my collection
