Clarabella

So, as of today, I am in possession of the Citron d'Erable. My first fragrance from the company.

Flacon of the perfume makes my eyes happy and the tension rise. It was a blind purchase, I absolutely wanted a fresh fragrance of this series with a small 30 ml bottle with matching leather cover and this appealed to me from the composition.
So now the tie is 50% female and 50% male, owners here at Parfumo. But only 12 people have the Zitrönchen.

It starts with a lively, juicy, sweet-sour-fruity, natural-looking lemon. The comparison with the candy is also understandable by me.
Then, so after 10 minutes it becomes ethereal-clearing, further lemony - the sweetness flies away, as another fruit now also the currant warm-able, it now becomes tart and fresh, even slightly maritime-spicy and thus refreshing.
After 1 hour it becomes closer to the skin, calmer due to woody elements: fresh, spicy, woody and also very slightly woody-warm-wohny with recurring light sweetness, no longer citrus, but still currant fruity, balsamic, very restrained resinous-oily.
So he stays then another 2 hours.
Ohh, that's fine!
No, it's beautiful!!

... and what does he say?
" Unisex? - Mmmh, I think he's more feminine."
After 15 minutes:
"Oh, that's good. If you can put it on my shelf, I like it!"

I find the blue color choice of the flacon, respectively the label / case in yellow, very significant and suitable!

"Great! That's a real dry butt. Babydream... just be parents."
Well, several years ago, but with 2 children, the infant's unforgettable scent impression of being fresh-dipped, if instead of cream then powder was used.
I even sneezed at the first smell.
Nice and nostalgically beautiful this memory, but no perfume for me.

Very short, sweet-citric start, after 5 minutes the pulp of the vanilla pod, unsweet, natural and very distinctive fragrant, after 15 minutes the spicy coriander seed comes, after a total of 30 minutes vetiver joins in - now it becomes quiet and gaanz slightly smoky, rather dry powdery and restrained.

All in all vanilla all the time, spicy, powdery, dry without freshness and very quiet, yes quiet, a hint...
A hint of gourmand, discreet, intimate and close perceptible, careful, restrained, quietly whispering, a little more than a hunch and yet persistent, constant, reliable and tender, for hours.

Lime and lemon lemon are evaporated so quickly in the first few minutes.
The spicy, powdery vanilla always perceptible.
I would have guessed here however also on Iris.

For me the fragrance is the Light- Version or the L'Eau of the familiar Cuir Beluga of Guerlain.

Wild bluebell,- a wonderfully fitting name for a fragrance that, for me personally, once again, conjures up a holiday in Sweden.
Because there I am aware, for the first time, I met wild bellflowers, between dune grass on the south-east coast. It made me pause in wonder, so nostalgic, rare, beautiful and wild.
6 years in a row we stop there in July, first stop for swimming, no matter what the weather is like, to welcome the beginning of the holiday, to pause, each one for himself, what has been like and what the coming, current holiday will promise? All impressions in the back of the head, here and there at school, job, obligations and habits.
The wild bellflowers are also part of it, at least for me.
Wild bluebell smells to me exactly like this sensation from arriving at this beach section.
Sea, beach, earth, wood, wind and sun, maybe even rain or odee thunderstorms, dune grass and wild flowers, the smell of damp bath sheets, sun milk skin and satisfaction.
Rather a scent impression, a nasal, poetic painting, instead of a perfume - delicate and beautiful.
