Orange x fresh laundry
You spread out your freshly washed beach towel on the sun lounger. A freshly sliced orange is already waiting for you next to the lounger. As you make yourself comfortable, you savor the sweet orange. It tastes delicious and is unfortunately short-lived. The smell of luxurious fabric softener makes its way into your nose. Your towel smells really damn good. A few flowers give off their scent in the distance. You're looking forward to spring and summer. The sun warms you as you slowly drift off into the realm of dreams.

Description:
In the top note, you are mainly confronted with a non-sparkling orange and a very floral orange blossom. These are joined by floral notes that give you the impression of freshly laundered laundry. Apart from the fact that the fruity orange note gradually evaporates, the fragrance hardly changes noticeably. You smell like fabric softener and light floral notes all day long.

Performance:
This is where the fragrance really comes into its own. Orange Flamingo is convincing in terms of both durability and projection. The projection is initially very strong and only fades slowly. Even after 8 hours, the fragrance still wafts into your nose. The durability, on the other hand, is even longer. Even after 10-12 hours, the fragrance is still perceptible on the skin. The perfume owes all of this to its extremely high fragrance oil concentration of 40!!!!! Percent. This Freshy here simply delivers! Period.

Design bottle / packaging:
Both the packaging and the bottle are a rich orange. The Marc Gebauer logo and the flamingo in front of an orange slice can also be found on both items. The packaging is more typical of a designer. Square, practical, good. The bottle is also square and is adorned with a lid whose profile is reminiscent of the crown of a Rolex. The sprayer is nothing special.

Conclusion:
If you can compromise on design and performance is important to you, you will find a worthy summer fragrance here. Away from the citrus and aquatic fragrances, Orange Flamingo convinces with fabric softener DNA on a fruity base. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether the price-performance ratio is right. I would definitely advise against a blind buy with this DNA. Always try before you buy. It is definitely worth a test. A purchase is particularly worthwhile for performance lovers and fresh laundry enthusiasts.

Una giornata a Firenze
Florence in spring. The morning sun casts a golden veil over the city. You start your trip and pop into Roberto Ugolini. Exclusive, handmade shoes adorn his store. With your new kicks, you set off to explore the city. A refreshing, sparkling lemonade provides you with some refreshment. And you really need it after a small fortune has changed hands ;). You walk through the streets with little more than a little change in your pocket. Fragrant flowers and delicious gelato make their way into your olfactory system. You throw out the last of your money for a vanilla ice cream and lick away happily. Your gaze wanders to the sky. A light breeze is blowing. Under fluffy clouds, the mighty lion watches over the metropolis.

Description:
The fragrance starts with a citrusy, slightly sparkling note and very fine fruit. The top note always reminds me of an effervescent candy from my childhood. After a short time, creamy and slightly floral notes join in. Vanilla, fluffy musk and light woods also play a harmonious role. The composition is largely linear. Although some of the fragrance notes are heavy, the scent is light and uplifting. A good candidate for the warmer days but also not to be despised on colder days.

Performance:
As with the course, no major peaks are to be expected in terms of performance. The fragrance is perceptible without being loud. I was initially disappointed by the longevity. Shortly after buying it, I only noticed the fragrance for 2 hours. After a good three quarters of a year of maturing, I wore it again recently in the office. Although it didn't get any louder, it was still wafting into my nose from time to time after 7 hours. That's okay for a creamy freshy.

Design bottle / packaging:
The Marzocco comes in stylish packaging. The fragrance is embedded in a hinged box, which is hidden in a cardboard slider. The slider is adorned with the Roberto Ugolino logo. The color of the outer packaging matches the color of the bottle. The square, purple-colored and transparent bottle looks great. A leather logo of the brand has been applied to the front and is reminiscent of the materials used in Roberto's business. The lid is made of horn? and looks harmonious and elegant.

Conclusion:
Here you get a wonderful Italian fragrance that can be described as an all-rounder. It fits seamlessly into the creamy, fresh fragrances and can easily hold its own. I bought this fragrance on offer for around 120 euros. I believe the RRP is 194 euros / 100 ml. I think the fragrance is absolutely fair for the price on offer. However, as it does not deliver the strongest performance, I would not have been prepared to pay the full price. If you are looking for a versatile and delicious fragrance that goes down well and doesn't offend, you should definitely consider testing or buying it.

All-purpose weapon!
The question of what outfit to wear today often arises in front of the closet. Your gaze wanders over shirts, shirts and pants and suddenly catches sight of a small, rectangular bottle. The "the one" lettering immediately catches your eye. It is now absolutely clear that you are going to mist yourself with it today. And from now on, it doesn't matter what you wear. Suit, summer outfit, sweater and jeans, casual chic. It doesn't matter because this all-purpose weapon goes with everything. The outfit is put on and the fragrance is generously applied. Booom! James Bond is on the rise and ready to conquer the occasion. Always quick-witted, always modest and absolutely catchy, you master all chicanery. You simply feel at home. Period!

Description:
The fragrance starts with a light, sparkling note. The opening is accompanied by a light spiciness. The fragrance then drifts in a sweet direction. The transition is perfect here. An elegant woody note, supported by cardamom, makes the fragrance mysterious and enigmatic. From here on, the fragrance does not change much. Although the fragrance is categorized here as sweet/spicy, it is still much lighter than other candidates from this spectrum. This makes it a true all-rounder!

Performance:
In the first half hour, the fragrance radiates more than well. After that, it increasingly joins the more private scent bubbles. A more even progression or a weaker gradation from power to close to the skin would be desirable here. Of course, the fragrance does not suddenly disappear and is still noticeable. For the wearer, however, it is difficult to perceive the fragrance over a longer period of time, as it starts very powerfully and thus provokes a rapid onset of fragrance blindness.

Design bottle / packaging:
The packaging is typically simple and does not require much description. The bottle, on the other hand, is simply timeless, classic and elegant. Here you get a chic, rectangular and high-quality glass bottle with a beautiful color gradient that reveals the orange juice in the upper part of the bottle. Understatement meets quality here.

Conclusion:
A wonderful all-rounder with known performance problems, which nevertheless has a high rating. This speaks all the more for the fragrance quality and versatility. But even a weak long-term performance has its advantages. Although the fragrance is not suitable as a long-distance beast, it proves to be absolutely advantageous in more intimate settings. The One is also ideal for wearers who like to wear two fragrances a day. An absolute recommendation to try and buy. Tip: Have a pocket atomizer with you and refresh it if you always want to have the fragrance around ;). Because that's exactly what every wearer wants: for the opening to never end!

Sunrise over the Red Sea!
The sun rises over the Red Sea. It rises majestically and bathes the city in golden light. The water at the harbor glistens gently. As the sun reveals some of its power, a cool stream of sea air surrounds you. You feel warmed and refreshed at the same time. Fine scents are everywhere in the air and combine to create an indescribable composition. A great feeling spreads through you. You greet the day with open arms, like an old friend.

Description:
Beginning with a light, almost gossamer citrus, the fragrance starts gently but powerfully. The top note is accompanied by floral notes. Chamomile can be detected, but blends into the overall composition. The fragrance follows an oriental theme that remains present throughout. The fragrance progression is relatively linear and difficult to put into words. I find that the individual fragrance notes come together to create a unique fragrance experience. It is a feeling of warmth and freshness that envelops and accompanies the wearer.

Performance:
In keeping with its origins, this candidate has plenty of steam on the boiler. The longevity is very good and easily surpasses the 10-hour mark. The sillage is strong but still pleasantly radiant. This fragrance is perceived without overwhelming its surroundings. The duration of the radiance is enormous. On my skin, the fragrance projects for at least 5-6 hours. If not even longer. Great!

Design bottle / packaging:
The packaging is elegant and gently frames the golden bottle. Black and gold. Delicate and unobtrusive. The bottle shines like the golden sun over Jeddah, the port city. A honeycomb pattern adorns the lid. The sprayer is solid. You get a great overall package here, which is strongly oriented towards the theme and the fragrance. Personally, I find the colorful bottles from the same company more beautiful, but that is purely a matter of taste.

Conclusion:
Here you get an incredibly high-quality overall package with a unique fragrance experience. Performance, value and quality. Everything is right here. This is fun. If you value new oriental experiences, far away from all the oud hammers, this is the one for you ;). The fragrance is not a blind-buy candidate, although it is very compatible. But it is special and has to suit the wearer and their taste. It is definitely worth a test and even a purchase for lovers.

The best of all worlds!
Early in the morning, blue bottle in hand, 3-5 sprays on the back of the neck and off you go. You feel and smell freshly showered. On the way to work, the scent wafts into your nose. It already has power. And somehow it reminds you of something. Sauvage, BdC, AdG? Yes and no. It seems as if the fragrance draws on the best from the world of blue freshies. A little aquatic here, a little citric there. A good load of ambrox. A pinch of sweetness is also a must, of course. And the universal freshie is ready. Ready to refresh every man, whether young or mature.

Description:
The fragrance starts with a good dose of aquatic top notes. This is joined by citrusy notes, a good hammer of ambrox and a little sweetness. There is not much going on for the first half hour and for some people it can be almost too much synthetic. Fortunately, the fragrance settles more and more in the heart and base. It becomes rounder and smoother. The fragrance does not have much of a progression. You simply smell fresh and clean all day long.

Performance:
As with most EdT fragrances, you have the greatest projection / sillage in the first half hour to hour. After that, the fragrance subsides to a pleasant but still noticeable level. Ambrox can quickly cause fragrance blindness. However, the fragrance lasts and does not disappoint. my skin gets 8 hours out of it. In relation to the price, a more than good performance. And if you're not satisfied with the performance, just spray it on again ;). Doesn't hurt that much here. However, I would be careful when over-spraying, as the synthetic could be too overwhelming at first and therefore less fun.

Bottle design / packaging:
The outer packaging is square, practical and good. Typical designer fragrance. I personally like the bottle very much. It has a dark blue look in keeping with its fragrance type. The bottle is also decorated with golden applications. The lid (plastic) looks harmonious. The spray head and the front are adorned with the Versace Medusa. All in all, an elegant and tasteful bottle with great decorations.

Conclusion:
Here you have a true price/performance winner on your hands. Everlasting blue-freshie DNA with decent performance from the master Alberto Morillas. What more could you want? A clear test and buy recommendation.
