I am really surprised by some of the reviews and in some cases perceived it quite differently and rated it for myself in my head. I don't want to write too much about the fragrance, but it's fresh, I loved it, not too artificial and really THE fragrance for sports, the office, everyday life etc.! A real all-rounder for the simple man. I think it's really great. And for me, the longevity and sillage are more than average for such a fresh fragrance. I also think the bottle is mega and at the price, let's be honest guys, what more could you want? A fragrance you don't have to think about for long. If you leave the house in the morning and don't want to think about which one suits the day etc., then put this on and you're on the safe side.

Oh crass, I thought to myself when I saw the rating here. There are many cheaper everyday fragrances that are all so similar and all smell cheap, similar and alcoholic in the dry down - if there is a dry down at all, as the cheap ones are usually barely perceptible after a short time. To be honest, I was just as prejudiced about the fragrance I had as a sample. First second, hmm another one of those. Minutes later, oh ok. Hours later - ok crass really okay! Contrary to the description, not very fresh for my understanding. Rather tart and spicy BUT not too much. This makes it a little gentler. Lasts a long time but without extremely strong sillage. Therefore good for the office I would say. Solid fragrance that certainly does not offend and is nothing special. But it doesn't stand out in a negative way. Absolutely ok, even for the price I think. The bottle is simple, which I usually like best. What I think of the others in the category, as described above, was missing here. Which makes it stand out among all the others as the higher quality one. In my opinion, as I said. I rated it much higher but also left the church in the village. Okay. Absolutely okay. That's the best way to describe it. Everything else is a matter of taste anyway.

I know the "normal" Sauvage fragrances which I also like, even if they are notorious as F**boy fragrances. Still great and fresh with great DNA. I expected the Elixir to be different but similar. Accordingly, I had to check again after spraying it on to see if I had got the right bottle. It comes across as very spicy and heavy. For me, the licorice is not only recognizable after the dry down. Clearly in the foreground on my skin. I have to say, it's not my scent. But I don't like eating liquorice either and the scent doesn't really excite me either. It's too spicy for me, smells a bit like expired Maggie's on my mom's shelf. But it doesn't smell cheap. At least high quality, spicy and strong.

I had bought myself a sample of 17 Rosso, as all the talk about it and its composition was positive. When it arrived and I was delighted to finally be able to smell it, I was in disbelief immediately after the first sniff. Smelling it again, it couldn't be. Am I doing something wrong? New test strip and a spray on the skin at the same time. Next attempt and nose. No, it can't be. It's supposed to smell like this and that? I no longer trusted my nose. Did I get the wrong tester? I can't even describe it exactly. First of all: I am soooo disappointed. I'm also sorry for the fans if I just misunderstood the scent or maybe my nose wasn't ready. Because what I smelled was pure chemistry, artificial sweetness, pungent burning, annoying. Like everything lumped together. Nothing stands out, at least nothing positive. It had to come off my skin quickly, the test strip out of my reach. But at least I didn't throw it in the bin for a drydown just yet. Unfortunately, it didn't get any better. Normally great ingredients that would excite me. Here, unfortunately I don't know what the reason is. Not a fragrance that I would like to wear and smell. I almost don't want to rate it because I don't want to offend anyone. But it's just unpleasant for me. It's a shame, but you can't always like everything. All the better to see that many people like it.

While researching new fragrances, I got my hands on this new addition as a unisex fragrance. I smelled it and immediately fell in love - there's no other way to put it! And in my opinion, the name corresponds exactly to what you smell. A mystical, comforting, smooth oud fragrance, which is perhaps why it is often attributed more to the ladies, as it is not so overpowering. But that brings us to the topic. I took the bottle straight away and was delighted to have found such a unicorn. Disillusionment quickly set in. Because, and it hurts to say this, but durability and sillage even more so - it has almost nothing (at least on me). I still gave it a good rating. But to be honest, I even tried to apply it once with an exaggerated 15 sprays to present it to friends. Well, what can I say, in vain. Because even after that, neither I nor anyone else could really notice it, even when I was pointing my nose at the HAls. Before I got to my friends' house, as soon as I got out of the car, it was already gone. So for me, it's more of a fragrance for a quick spray in the evening after a shower for the last hour in front of the TV on the couch for a cozy feeling, but it would be too expensive for that. Even if the price would normally be ok. The bottle is really beautiful and looks good in the collection. It's such a shame because the fragrance is really unusual.
