Seductive, yet subtle = Elegance with a touch of depth.
A very great fragrance! Spices and saffron are definitely noticeable at the beginning, yet gently rounded off by the lily of the valley (otherwise saffron could come across as very intense). I perceive a coconut-rum note through the musk, tonka bean, vanilla, and amber in the dry down. Very seductive and sweet. By no means alcoholic. A very soft coconut-rum that adds a hint of sweetness with some depth.
An elegant scent that is hard to match, and one must be able to wear the fragrance.

Personally, I think it wouldn’t work in everyday life; rather, I see it suited for a "refined evening".

All Roads Lead to Bleu!
I don't want to go into too much detail. Here, one must consider the whole = the composition.

This fragrance opened a new era for my perfume world back then. The journey began with One Million, but it was revolutionized and paved by Bleu de Chanel.

It's no coincidence that the scent was hyped for years, as it reflects the character of an Alpha man, Christian Grey, James Bond, and the like.

The scent embodies business & arrogance, it is vanity & fresh, confident and without edges or corners.

(Side fact): Thanks to the grapefruit note, it actually contributes to a man's self-confidence.

This fragrance has brought me the most compliments and is the true reflection of the soul of an A-man.

By now, one is so trapped in the niche world (not meant negatively) that the pioneer has been completely forgotten.

Chanel created a legend in 2010; if one were to smell it for the first time today (and fully understand the concept of this fragrance), one would never claim that it is a designer scent, but rather has niche potential through and through.

No matter what happens and how deep one has immersed in the niche world, ALL roads lead to Bleu, it's time to add it back to the collection.

Spicy-Woody-Masculine-Perfect
This scent is not without reason my signature fragrance. Since I share many moments and memories with this scent, it has accompanied me in various situations and has brought me many compliments, it remains unbeaten for me. As can be seen from the fragrance pyramid, the scent has a very prominent start with a deep aromatic whisky note, slightly rounded off with hazelnut to provide the "necessary" spice and curiosity to increase the anticipation for its development. Woods like cedar, sandalwood, and especially oud give a lot of "darkness" and depth; to prevent it from being too overpowering, softer notes like slightly sweet tobacco, light iris, and prominent vetiver balance the masterpiece and provide a unique character that one doesn't really know.
As the drydown suddenly arrives, something unexpected happens in a "woody-spicy fragrance": a sweet yet warm amber combined with musk and tonka bean gives the whole thing a lot of warmth and elegance, with just a touch of patchouli to add a fresh note that makes the scent wearable even in summer, which is not something one usually expects from "woody-spicy fragrances."
Highly recommended and will definitely be repurchased again and again.

You definitely get autumn vibes from this fragrance…
Golden leaves crunching on the ground. The scent of foliage and woods fills the air. Spicy and woody essences combined with deep warm accords that float in the air of Montreal - Canada. A very nice fragrance with a pleasant sillage and the longevity is a good average. Woods and resins are created from pink pepper and cardamom.

Bottle top, scent DNA top, but…
As already teased in the title. The bottle is top, the scent DNA is too. Very interesting ingredient. Cardamom and cinnamon are very present at the beginning, clearly noticeable, then in the drydown where the heart notes come into play, pure art, very pleasantly soft, especially the saffron note rounded off with a soft cumin essence and marked black pepper. And what is noticeable the whole time is vanilla and tobacco… and you can smell something fresh lightly, which in this case is patchouli. A very successful scent that is hardly perfect to describe, you simply have to smell it. Now we come to the negative aspect: the longevity leaves a lot to be desired, maybe I got a bad batch, but the H/S are very meager for this price segment. The scent is completely gone after about 2 hours unless you stick to your neck, only then do you catch a whiff of it.
