Imagination... yes, for me a wonderful name for a fragrance and together with the advertising campaign and the many top reviews here, I finally decided to order a bottling first. So said and done, the first 2ml were in my letterbox just as quickly as they were gone. Somehow I still couldn't make heads or tails of it - a feeling somewhere between enthusiasm and skepticism prevailed in me. So I immediately ordered the next 10ml with an even better atomizer, then wore the fragrance for weeks and on various occasions and lo and behold, more and more enthusiasm and hype is now coupled with an objective view of what is probably the most hyped fragrance in a long time.

Fragrance:
In the opening I mainly notice the bergamot and patchouli, very soapy, as if you were freshly showered, if you actually are, I find the fragrance even more beautiful. It immediately gives you summer vibes and makes you want more. After a few minutes, the tea note kicks in, which is also wonderful, but for me the AS is more summery in comparison.
In addition, I can't wear Imagination for several days at a time, you have to use it wisely, otherwise you'll quickly get tired of it, the surprise won't come and the tea notes will start to bother you.

H/S:
The longevity gives me a bit of a stomach ache. On my skin, the fragrance evaporates after 4-5 hours, in clothing it lasts up to 12 hours. Quite acceptable for a summer fragrance, but a minus point given the price.
I can't say much about the sillage, I definitely don't get as many compliments as with other fragrances. But you can definitely smell the fragrance yourself and it refreshes you from time to time.

Price:
280€ is of course quite a lot considering the shelf life. However, you can have the bottle refilled directly at LV, so you save some money if you think about using it for a longer period of time.

Conclusion:
A wonderful spring/summer fragrance that really transports you to a little dream world with a linen shirt on a beach on a summer evening. Is it worth the money? Everyone has to decide for themselves, depending on their means. I will probably stick with the bottlings, as I like the AS for summer much better, even if the Imagination bottle is really beautiful.

I bought Xerjoff Naxos as one of my first more expensive fragrances after trying it out several times.

Scent:
Naxos has such an intense and all-enveloping honey and tobacco note that I immediately fell in love with it. For me, it suits every season, as the fragrance can be interpreted in many different ways.

H/S:
The longevity varies depending on the batch, of course, the older ones are all supposed to have even better longevity, but even my new batch (11/23) is convincing and lasts 7-8 hours on the skin and even longer on clothing. The sillage is also very pleasant and you can often smell the fragrance yourself in a light breeze with enough sprays.

Flacon:
The bottle is unsurpassed in my eyes, together with the leather box it looks extremely high quality and you can either leave it in the leather box or present it in the room.

Price:
In my opinion, the price is also reasonable; due to its popularity, you can often find prices of well under €2/ml here in the souk.

All in all, Naxos is a great all-rounder fragrance and should be part of every collection!

First things first: Before I bought the Elixir, I already had the EDT of the normal Sauvage. That was my first fragrance that I really wore every day back then. After 1-2 years, the air was out after several bottles. The hype was too great, too many people were wearing the fragrance, which made it less special for me. I moved on and wore other fragrances, and Sauvage was forgotten.

Until a few months ago, when I was looking for Christmas presents for my family in a perfumery in my small town. The Dior Sauvage Elixir fell into my hand, and what can I say, it immediately felt like I was falling back into my early youth.

This oriental spiciness, mixed with the grapefruit, gives the Elixir an incredibly intense note. The fragrance immediately takes over everything it touches. And so it came as it had to: I left the perfumery without Christmas presents and with a new fragrance.

The first time I sprayed the fragrance on, I immediately noticed that it had much more sillage and longevity than the EDT. If you spray the fragrance on clothing, it usually lasts for several days. I wore it both for special occasions and in everyday life and I have to say that it works everywhere. Whenever I smell the fragrance, I think of so many great memories, which makes it so special to me.

Of course, the price for 60 ml is not without its drawbacks. But for me, every milliliter of this fragrance is worth the money!

In conclusion, I have rediscovered Sauvage thanks to the Elixir and have been wearing it regularly ever since!
