After reading the review by "DasMarv", I absolutely had to test this fragrance !
No sooner said than done, a dear perfumer sent me a sample....... "Narcotic | MAD Parfumeur" sprayed on and WOW !
"DasMarv" is right, this fragrance is intoxicating. The entire fragrance pyramid is tightly interwoven, difficult to name individual fragrance notes.

It is fresh, fruity, soft, wild and beautiful............ there is a tiny reminder of "Cool Water (Eau de Toilette) | Davidoff" or rather those commercials with those breathtaking men :-)))
But "Narcotic | MAD Parfumeur" is more mature and has more soul. This fragrance is unisex, but I see it more on a male being.

So if James Bond or Ethan Hunt picks me up for a date wearing "Narcotic | MAD Parfumeur", I'll be narcotized, fascinated, electrified
........Stars in my eyes :-))

This fragrance brings back childhood memories in me......

In my grandma's bathroom, it always smelled like "Mon Parfum Cristal | M. Micallef"
A bar of rose soap on the sink, laundry washed with a common detergent, hanging over the bathtub. A smell pungent and creepy.

Cinnamon, vanilla, amber, musk.....no no....... neither head, heart, base.

I was patient with this fragrance, but Gourmand it does not become even after hours.

Back to the roots...........has never been my thing.

This fragrance has shaken my specially established fragrance comfort zone. It starts with a lot of salt and herbs. At first it seemed scratchy and rough to me, by the associations of a rough wild sea.

At first I wanted to send you away again, but when your heart opened with the delicate aquatic and maritime notes.....so light, sensual, summery,........ my heart opened too.
I could hear what you whispered to me.........take me on the many beautiful journeys to foreign places that you want to take after all.

Dear "A'mmare | Carthusia" ...........I surrender, you are just beautiful.

No fragrance has ever managed to evoke so many emotions during a first encounter as this one.

A normal day at the office became a journey into my past. A spray on a piece of torn handkerchief let flash memories of my little daughter. Today she is over 30 and married. She was a wild child and hard to tame. But some evenings after a thousand tears and scraped up wounds, there were moments when we both lay on the couch, completely exhausted, freshly bathed and heavenly lotioned, and knew "forever love." I would have loved to steal her pacifier to fall peacefully into a microsleep myself.

"Rolling in Love | Kilian" connects me again and again with these moments, that's what I love about this fragrance.

But attention.......I made the mistake the first time I wore this fragrance not careful enough to dose. The wild haste to catapult me back to my younger years, has almost suffocated me with the incredible density of the fragrance.........
maybe I should think about where my daughter has her irrepressible longing, curiosity, joy for life ? :-))

Today she comes back from vacation and the next reunion I will wear "Rolling in Love | Kilian".
Maybe I'll see a flash of memory of our sofa pacifier evenings in her eyes?.........I'm excited.
