Warm cherry and spice!
I love cherries. I love to eat them and I love them in perfume. I have already tried several cherry perfumes and this one is the best so far!
I can smell the cherries, but it is not too sweet. It is somewhat toned down thanks to the wood. I can smell the cinnamon and I love, love, love, love cinnamon. I can smell the cinnamon, but it is not too present. The orris butter seems to make it somewhat "creamy" and "soft around the edges" if you know what I mean.
In my opinion this is a warm cherry perfume for Fall and Winter.

Plastic cherry overdose
I love cherries, I really do! I love to eat them and I simply love the smell. But here... the cherry does indeed smell synthetic and chemical. There can be such a thing as too much of a good thing too. I wish the cherry was somewhat toned down.
And the perfume doesn't last very long either. What a shame. Nice scent, but that's it and I expected more for the amount of money that is charged for a bottle. But that seems to be the problem with a lot of TF perfumes. In my opinion they are just not worth the money.

My first Chanel love!
I have to admit that I don't like Chanel. Don't get me wrong, Chanel stands for quality and you can tell, but somehow I've never found a Chanel scent that appealed to me.
This one is rather nice. The word "innocent" comes to mind when smelling Gardénia. Gardénia is delicate, vulnerable and very lovely. The vanilla that I love so much is also very subtle. This perfume charms me. This perfume is really a perfume for warm days. This Gardénia could very well become a full bottle, a scent for Summer, because I don't have enough Summer scents. This really could be my first Chanel love. How about that!!

Monin syrup
Sandalsun opens...very weird. To say the least... Plastic, synthetic smell... that's what comes to mind in those first 10 seconds.
Then I smell a delicious, warm hazelnut and vanilla. A hazelnut that reminds me of that hazelnut syrup "Monin" you put in coffee. Indeed! That's it! That's what this scent reminds me of. When my other half comes downstairs, he even asks, "Did you drop the bottle of Monin?" LOL But no, it's my perfume.
Sandalsun opens strongly, but quickly decreases in "strength". Until I can smell it sitting very close to my skin and I finally smell that delicious myrrh.
I like Sandalsun, but I won't buy a bottle, I will happily use my decant and have a strong cup of coffee with Monin.

Z&V clothing store
I have been buying clothes at Z&V for years now, mainly online. Every time I enter that store or receive a package, I think: "It smells so good." Today, when I tried a new decant, I knew: "This is what that store and my Z&V packages smell like." In my mind I got another beautiful sweater, hehe.
In my opinion, the scent opens quite sharply with pepper and jasmine, but it quickly transitions to chestnut, whipped cream, vanilla and wood. Ultimately, a warm scent remains. It is a scent that I associate with cozy time in front of the fireplace, together with friends and family, roasting chestnuts, ;-), winter (in a Z&V sweater, haha).
