Difficult to describe, but not a fan.
I sold this a couple of weeks after buying and smelling / wearing almost daily.
This is very well blended and is difficult to point out individual notes. What I "think" I'm getting the most is vetiver, clove, and nutmeg. I wanted to buy this because ATH described the emphasis on vetiver with this flanker to "Guapo". This is most similar to Tom Ford's Grey Vetiver, but a more (experimental?) version.
The best way I can describe this is a metallic clove and vetiver scent. I think the nutmeg adds the earthiness to this, but doesn't come off as spicy, kind of how its used in TF's Grey Vetiver. I don't pick up on any citrus. I get a hint of granny smith apple in this, and the rest of the base notes play a small role in establishing the earthy background of this.
I can applaud ATH for constructing a truly unique, well blended fragrance, but this isn't for me. There's just something about it that comes off strange and displeasing.

GYM / HOT SUMMER DAY GOAT
I'm writing this review to address the "bad performance/projection" people. the fact that the smell is an 11/10 aside, when you're sweating in the heat this stuff turns BEASTMODE. It projects and lasts. Binds to your skin in a such a way that you come off smelling "naturally" good, not like you smell like you're wearing cologne. The scent evolves in heat as well, and becomes this blue / green hybrid fragrance. I wear this to the gym and on hot summer days. Not everything is meant to be worn daily or in all weather. This is an amazing fragrance for the right occasion and weather.
Every man needs this.
This is an essential every day, all purpose cologne. If you had this and a fresh fragrance you would be set. The opening is a bit spicy in a kitchen spices kind of way, and not super amazing, but the dry down (takes about 20 min) is phenomenal. The mixture of woods and resins take the stage, with the spices providing background support.
The scent has the character of an oud fragrance without a super noticeable oud scent, if that makes sense. In a way this reminds me of a much better version of Haltane / Oud for Greatness, which in my opinion are both terrible and poorly blended. Halfeti is blended in such a way that there is no dominant note, and individual notes would be difficult to detect if there were no note list. I will note that I don't detect any vanilla, this is not sweet to my nose.
When I wear this, I feel confident in my own skin. I think this is a great signature scent because it's unique enough that people will associate you with this.
