It's been a long time since I've been so enthusiastic
I recently tested Bal d'Afrique at the airport and was blown away. I hadn't been interested in the fragrance for a long time as I often find citrusy scents difficult. But there was something about it that kept me sniffing my arm. By chance, a friend had told me that she had found a similar fragrance that she was happy with. It was this one from Emir. No sooner said than done, I ordered it! And I don't regret it... This one is a bit different, I can't even describe what exactly is different. But I like it even better. Although it's a citrusy scent, it doesn't smell like toilet cleaner (always my biggest worry), it's just so special! I could bathe in it, wear it all year round. It's just so beautiful, exudes bliss, light-heartedness, fresh cleanliness and femininity. It's not a beast fashion fragrance, but one that you notice every now and then when you move. That's great. I wear it for about 5-6 hours before it wears off. That's OK.

From Ehhhh to ohhhh - a perfume for advanced perfumers
The first time I got it, I immediately washed my arm in disgust. I couldn't place the scent, it was so extravagant and unusual compared to the vanilla scents I usually have in my collection and that's why I didn't recognize the vanilla at first and there was something strange about it. I somehow thought of Penaten Popocreme. Sold immediately, it was kind of musty.
A few months later and having delved deeper into the world of perfume, it left me no peace. I wanted to like the fragrance, if only because of the great bottle. Well, ordered again very cheaply on offer.
I don't know why I found it off-putting the first time I tried it, but I've obviously come to accept this unusual fragrance profile. Now that I have, I not only like it, I really appreciate it.
The vanilla is really different, not sweet but aromatically spicy in combination with the patchouli. You have to like patchouli, because it doesn't hold back here. Thank goodness I don't get oud and leather, I'm not a fan of either. But I do get my beloved brown sugar and a small dash of rum, which I can still handle.
Incidentally, I learned to love it in spring and even in milder temperatures it was just fine if you don't overdo it. But of course it gives you that mystical autumn vibe when the leaves are slowly turning color and it's getting cozy. Leaves, a log cabin in the forest, the fire is on and it's crackling. Enjoying a spiced tea.

Cream clouds
I don't know the model and I had a few negative experiences with clean musk fragrances at Lattafa/Maison Alhambra (Rouat al Musk and Pure Musk were terrible!). But this one was recommended to me and since I'm currently discovering clean fragrances (Flower Addiction by Maison Alhambra was the start), I gave it a chance.
Infini Musk has only just arrived, but it's a fragrance that appealed to me straight out of the box and can only get better as it matures. The first thing you notice are the citrusy, fresh notes of mandarin and bergamot. But not at all like toilet cleaner, but really pleasantly refreshing.
In the drydown, the citrusy notes recede and the fragrance becomes increasingly creamy, like a great care cream, which is not too rich and thick, but light and clean. Quite fantastic. I also had Lattafa Petra Care Cream Vibes, but its richness and density made me lose my breath.
Infini Musk is for anyone who loves the feeling of being enveloped in a soft body lotion after showering. It makes you want to go to bed or leave the house feeling good. Gentle and soft, nothing can harm you.
I can't say anything about the longevity yet, I still have to give an update here. The sillage is just right. I like fragrances that I can feel on myself without overwhelming me. That's what it offers.

The fruitier Feu
I can't compare the fragrance to God of Fire, but I can compare it to Vulcan Feu. The Mango ICE has great longevity and sillage. I personally like it better than Vulcan Feu, as it is a little more fruity. Otherwise, it is very similar: a green mango, great spices and ginger. Thank goodness I don't detect any licorice, although it is listed. For women who might find the Feu a little too masculine, I would advise them to try the Mango ICE. This fruitiness is great. But it is still a good choice for men too. It's incredible what you get here for the price. It is beautifully balanced and a great summer fragrance that is not too sweet but refreshing, fruity and tangy.
The packaging is also great. Pretty bottle, great packaging with a description of the fragrance inside.

For me, the best in this direction
This came as a third alternative to Kayali. Previously I had the Gulf Orchid Vanilla Addiction and the Elysia Vanilla from Fragrance World. Both beautiful, but somehow something was missing for me (sillage and longevity) and I picked up the Zimaya Ramsh Diva at a reasonable price. It's different in terms of both design and content. The fragrance is not colored, which I think is great. I had sprayed the other alternatives on a white shirt, which led to stains. The coloring is nice, but impractical.
The Ramsh Diva had to mature for a few weeks and be sprayed a few times before it developed its full power.
Now it is even more vanilla than the other two, lasts longer and is also well perceived by those around it. I thought it would be closer to the skin and only surround my nose with a fluffy, sweet and slightly spicy vanilla cloud, but my colleague immediately asked me what I was wearing. A colleague who had never said anything about a fragrance before.
I can recommend anyone who loves vanilla and loves something flattering to try this one.
