My love for perfume started with the Narciso Rodriguez scents. Something different than usual. A beautiful fragrance to snuggle up with.. somehow reminds me of cleanliness, cuddling, coziness ....
A scent that can be mistaken for freshly washed laundry... very creamy and soft, yet noticeable.....

If I had to wear one scent for the rest of my life, it would be the Gourmand Escapade. A fantastic gourmand. It starts with a lovely sugary note, beautifully caramelized, reminiscent of the delicious crunchy crust of a crème brûlée. It just keeps getting better as the lovely creamy vanilla comes forward, and the tonka bean makes the whole fragrance simply perfect. A heavy scent that definitely makes an immediate impression. In other words, a very beautiful, creamy crème brûlée with lots of sugar... yummy

Actually, I don't like chocolate scents, but this fragrance has completely convinced me. It's a dream of chocolate; somehow I can smell caramel and vanilla, which makes the scent even more beautiful than it already is. The musk adds a lovely softness and gentleness to the fragrance. Perfect for the cozy season.

A very beautiful autumn/winter combination. As a lover of almonds, I am in love. A lovely strong almond, slightly floral, but what I like best is the beautiful tonka bean that is very prominent here, all embraced by the lovely vanilla, a dream gourmand but not too sweet due to the tobacco and amberwood. I just love it.

When I first tested it, my nose wasn't very trained, and I didn't find the scent pleasant at all. Today I wonder why? The perfect fragrance for cozy winter.
Opening: it starts very woody, spicy, warm... now we come to my favorite part.. from here on, the delicious gourmand part begins with beautiful tonka bean accompanied by tasty marshmallow. Definitely worth a backup bottle.
