From the mountains, over the mint into the refreshing sea
For me, Enclave is an unexpectedly beautiful fragrance that corresponds 1:1 to the promotional video.
Wonderfully fresh mint meets a peppery cardamom note embedded in buttery incense. Great coordination with a fairly linear fragrance development in the heart and base notes, which is enriched by an additional, resinous-sweet note.
It smells oriental fresh, without too many spices or any oud component.
Longevity is significantly disproportionate for a fresh fragrance. I can still smell the fragrance really well after 3 sprays after 8 hours. The sillage is "office-appropriate" and has been the topic of conversation several times as "something special".
In my opinion, the fragrance deserves a rating of 8.5 and was one of my best surprise purchases in 2023.

A true classic at the cutting edge
A good 10 years ago, I had 2 bottles of Oud Wood and then embarked on the Parfumo journeys with increasing passion. On the way to new shores, I tried hundreds of fragrances and bought dozens. At the same time, I followed the occasional bad review about the TF Oud Wood's decreasing longevity and sillage and no longer felt the urge to buy it. A few days ago, rather out of boredom, I sprayed the fragrance on in a perfumery. Unexpectedly, this feeling of quality and class took hold of me again; the fragrance "tightens your posture" and without slightly better clothes you immediately feel a little underdressed. In my fragrance memory, there is a strong association between Tom Ford and a well-fitting suit. The fragrance is an excellent woody blend, aromatic, ambery with a slight sweetness and in the drydown it is rounded off with a subtle vanilla. I perceive fine cardamom in the top note; I do not perceive oud in this fragrance. TF Oud Wood is a first-class choice for business in particular, as it radiates restraint and is an "all-rounder" for meetings. For me, next to Noir de Noir, it is my TF favorite.

Sex in a bottle; reality or illusion?
I have avoided Montale fragrances up to now because I found them too heavy and undifferentiated. In addition, the experts' YouTube videos, in which every second fragrance is said to be "insanely good", a "panty-dropper" or a "compliment-getter", have made me quite picky about recommendations.
I tried Arabians Tonka with the same restrained mind-set.
In short: "It's really hot". A powerful blend of sweetness, tonka bean and oriental. The fragrance enters the room before you do and leaves it after you do.
A little "too dirty" for the office, but a promising statement for dinner or a club.
Sex in a bottle with high sillage; apparently there is such a thing. Try it. Strongly recommended.

Rose oud with style and a unique selling point
I currently have around 50 fragrances in my collection and have probably tried out > 1,000 fragrances with great passion in recent years. In my opinion, the huge range of good gourmand fragrances, which often differ only in nuances, is contrasted by far fewer first-class rose oud fragrances that have an immediate recognition value. MFK Oud Satin Mood is one of them for me, it has that certain something that "stays".

The fragrance smells velvety-oud, floral and with a very strong dominant rose. Beautifully balanced, with a slightly woody, vanilla note in the drydown.

I'm not a fan of roses, but this composition goes perfectly with the business outfit of a man with life experience and leadership who doesn't shy away from attention.

My wife really likes it on me, but unexpectedly also wears it regularly. Her tongue-in-cheek comment: "If you can, you can...; not such a run-of-the-mill fragrance; smells like luxury".

Longevity and silage are enormous, but not as brute as Ombre Nomade or Arabians Tonka, for example. With the right wardrobe, the fragrance resonates at a really high level.

i don't feel any "granny or old man vibes" at all; but if I were 30, the fragrance probably wouldn't suit me and my wardrobe yet.

Perfect fragrance composition for men and women in fall/winter and always something special for going out.

The flowery Salam
After I had already felt "complete" with Ishq and Salam from the Anfas brand, I tried Jannah without great expectations based on the reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised. At its core, the fragrance has a basic oriental DNA similar to Salam, clearly enriched by a bouquet of delicious flowers lying in a clean "musk bed". An extraordinary fragrance. I find it perfect in spring and fall. Absolutely unisex; real niche character, as it has a highly unique selling point. Underrated compared to Salam; H/S sustainably good.
