Delicious nectarine
First of all, I love nectarine, oranges and generally all fruits with an orange-yellow color :D
I am looking for fragrances with a distinct nectarine or peach note. Unfortunately, the boss "Scent for Her" disappointed me recently, but this Jo Malone has exceeded my expectations.
Finally I can smell like a peach that doesn't look artificial. The nectarine or peach (sorry, I can't tell the difference in smell) stands out clearly without being sticky sweet.
The background for the nectarine is a slightly powdery, somewhat musty smell, but this is not meant to be derogatory! Thus the smell of the nectarine appears a little more discreet. The green notes also mix well with the fruit. Honey and currant I can unfortunately only perceive very little.
The durability is unexpectedly good on me! 6 hours later still smelling, but the sillage is decreasing.
All in all a candidate for purchase, only the price I cannot justify. The fragrance is nothing new, but it is a sufficiently successful creation, so that a peach lover does not have to resort to cheap, artificial body sprays.
The fragrance was tested at low temperature :D I am curious how it develops in summer at 30 degrees.

After my first comment in the platform was unfortunately a polemic comment against an Escada fragrance, I am happy to leave my second comment for this Balenciaga fragrance, which caught my attention.
It was first tested in August, at the almost unbearable temperatures of southern Europe. I may be a Southerner, but I can't stand intense heat myself. Shortly after I tested the fragrance, I read a few comments here. "Cucumber salad with dill" was the comment of MarieTheres and I became sceptical! I didn't want to smell like cucumber salad! But there was really something to it (but not so extreme, I thought)! It was because of the acrid and fresh scent and the outside temperature!
After a few hours, we became friends. And he held on for a long time, I thought that was great. At these temperatures of over 30 degrees, it was a refreshment without citrus, without "soap". Green fruity and slightly woody.
But I didn't buy it until mid-September - the temperatures in Germany were already lower. And that's why the smell suddenly felt different (no cucumber salad :D)! Tart and dry, strongly woody in my case, less green, which is why I would describe it as fruity-woody rather than green-fruity.
By the way, the bottle is, as with the whole series by B. Balenciaga, great! an expressionist art object that I like to look at.
Summary: The core of this fragrance is strong, its exterior soft. Not typically feminine fragrance. I show my femininity, but I keep my pants on!

I and the flowery scents rarely become friends but unfortunately I have to say that for the first time a perfume has disgusted me so much! I really felt it in my stomach for minutes. Only when you smell it on paper. I didn't dare spray it on my skin after that. Heavy flowery and then also very sweet. Kind of too much. Therefore here first of all without grading.
