My very subjective perspective may very well sound off-putting to others, but hear me out...
The dry down on my skin heavily reminds me of this room spray I used in my bedroom when I was a young teenager living at home. Now I don't mean this $68 CAN + tax, 7ml travel size smells like a cheap room spray. No way. First of all, that room spray was incredible, but it's also the memories of home that it brings up. It reminds me of Christmas and New Year's holiday time, spending time with my loving and late mother who went to great lengths to make the holidays magical for my sister and me.
It smelled like crispy lightly spiced cookies and rice crispy squares, with the slightest hint of pine needles and powdered sugar in the back round. I'm also reminded of Smarties, the little candy coated chocolates.
That's what LDBS smells like on me once it dries down. I can't seem to think of it any other way.

I don't yet have it in me to splurge on a full bottle, but right now my travel size is enough to allow me to enjoy this beautiful fragrance.

It's basically the perfume version of Body Fantasies Signature Vanilla. It's also in the same vein as CSP Vanille Extreme and Outremer's vanilla. It's a "colder" bakery sweet vanilla. No spices. I love the cylinder bottle too. It feels nice in my hands and since they only come in 50ml they're rather tiny and travel friendly.
I like to layer this over any vanilla lotion ( EOS Vanilla cashmere, Hempz Vanilla Frost mountain, or any BBW lotion with a vanilla note really). It'll last a couple hours, and maybe a whole day if I layer it over lotion and overspray, but there isn't much sillage or anything. It's not that strong, but I'm good with that.

Hear me out, if you really like the bubblegum note in this, and if you have BBWs Bubble Gum Pop, layer them! I know it could seem like a waste to layer with a body spray, but it really isn't, especially if you're like me and love the sweet and sugary bubblegum aspect of this fragrance. I've also layered this with BBW Wrapped in Sugar (not to be confused with Wrapped in Vanilla) but that one is long gone and hard to find now (but if you have it, try it!).
Try it with Lush's Snow Fairy too, if you have it. Delicious.
On its own, it's a nice, sweet, fluffy, "grown up" and feminine scent that isn't super unique, but the lasting power is fantastic. Sometimes it *slightly* reminds me of Flowerbomb.
I'm happy I have it.

I'll preface by saying I have and adore the main DBIR. I don't find the opening or drydown of Extradose to be redundant at all. I can definitely see that it's a flanker, but it's different enough to have both, especially if you really love the original.
The rum is really noticable at first but this dries down to be really sweet and feminine, almost creamy. To me, it feels like that particular sweetness you get in the drydown of the original is amped up to the max in this one. It also lasts really well. It's one of those perfumes that seem to reactivate again once you step in the shower at the end of the day, or the next morning.
Also, I figured I would mentioned this - and I'm not saying they're dupes AT ALL, but I was detecting something really familiar at one point during the day and it finally hit me that this *tiny* little bit I'm sensing reminded me of Ralph HOT. Just the tiniest bit. They don't have any of the same notes so I'm not sure why I was smelling that.
Anyway, this is a love for me.

This is just so so good. I've had my bottle for a while and the juice has darkened quite a bit. I feel like it's much sweeter now and I can even smell the remnants of it 15 hours later. To me, it smells like a calorie rich vanilla latte topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. It has the *slightest* perfumey touch to stop it from smelling like a candle. Such an incredible shame it was discontinued.
