Bought off opening
Then that banana note came in. I haven’t really liked it or sprayed it many times since..

When I do I layer H24 with my 2025 ADG Parfum which makes it better. I’ve also layered it with Afnan Taurathi Bleu (Tygar Dupe) and it’s interesting.

Is this interesting and unlike many other designer frags? Yes it is. But not enough, along with its poor performance off my skin to warrant another bottle. Not with that Iso Amyl Acetate (Banana Oil) scent.

God I wish…
I could wear this during summer in the middle of the Los Angeles Basin.

But I just don’t want to suffocate everyone around me.

I have to wait till cooler weather here, which is never that cold and fleeting. I instead spray a couple of sprays here and there at home with the ac jacked up. I instead sacrifice my families noses so I can enjoy one of my absolute favorites out of my collection.

Spice, lavender, vanilla and tobacco… just glorious. This is a sweet scent that is that prime middle space between lightly sweet and obnoxiously sweet. The rough edges provided by tobacco and spices to keep the hair strong on the chest.

I imagine this fragrance embodies the thought in a women…”He is a strong man with a soft and sweet heart”

Definitely not basic
I bought this based off past experiences with the TDH line. First off I have never put my nose on something as unique as this. Definitely nothing in my 100 bottle collection comes close to this. I wanted this off the first sniff. This amazingly is two opposites at the same time. A dark annnd fresh fragrance! How the f…

This is bold fragrance artistry to my novice nose. My only issue with this is that, it’s so bold, it’s so in your face that at least half of the public will definitely not find this scent dna appealing. Just those of us who like a fragrance to take us on a rollercoaster of an olfactory journey. One spray is an “I dare you!”, five+ is an “I dare everyone else!”

So I surmise that most like I will be wearing this for ourselves, our entertainment. In other instances, out in public, we’ll be intently making a rebellious statement to the public that we will not be conforming that day. 8.5/10

First off…
The sprayer is an absolute fire hose, and I love that, as it mostly sprays at where one has it directed. I know some people love the atomizers that create a very fine mist. I do as well, but only for very expensive fragrances, cheapies and summer citrus fragrances that are mostly light on the oils by design? Nah, we definitely need a fire hose for those.

This fragrance is nice on the wallet but smells high end. I didn’t really fancy Neroli till I tested Dunhill Icon. I just wished they put a tad more oils in this gem to extend the longevity. I don’t think it would make this fragrance profile overbearing. Specially for those of us who live in hot Mediterranean climates.

I do get the “grape soda” effect off this fragrance and I like it. This fragrance is also great with layering with other freshies. Love it with my Aqua De Gio Parfum, so nice, try it. Also with Terre D’ Hermes Intense Vetiver.

Anyways great all round scent that never comes anywhere close to being considered off putting to others. It’s not something super complex, but let’s be honest, hot weather oriented scents are rarely gonna be something other than mostly straight forward.

Cold weather scents by nature can be made super complex because that actually makes them perform better in the cold. So adjust the expectations people.

I got it and…
I also have Aether. I like the musky green apple note. That’s why I got it. It’s not obnoxiously sweet, to me. It’s more subtle. The other green notes in it are not in your face, but again, nice and subtle. Greenley is nice, subtle and chill.

But Aether is 95% there. It’s 98% Greenley after a few squirts and maceration. I’ve had both for a year and a half.

Now knowing that and the price point of the two. When the time comes and I want another bottle, it’s gonna be Aether. Because the difference of the two doesn’t warrant the price. Aether is far superior in both pricing, performance and quality. They both smell synthetic btw.
