A game of contrasts.
It opens with a citrusy and fresh grapefruit, juicy, immediately reached and intertwined with the green, bitter and slightly vegetal note of rhubarb. To this citrus and green sensation is added, in the development of the perfume, an almond accord, more similar to the Amaretto liqueur, therefore a slightly alcoholic bittersweet almond, which is immediately supported by the resinous and woody note of fir balsam.
The closure of the fragrance rests on the amber and musky notes of ambroxan, and a light powdery tonka touch to add harmony to the complex fougere accord of the heart.
I find it a very pleasant, versatile perfume, usable in all seasons, played on the contrast of the initial bitter citrus and the always well-balanced sweetness of the more woody heart and the comfortable amber and musky base.

Travels and memories
It opens bright and brilliant, with a juicy grapefruit as if freshly squeezed, I even feel its bitter side. Then come the geranium, imposing, green and juicy, it reminds me of when we used to plant them with my grandmother in the summer in the balcony planters, with their particular green, juicy and slightly earthy aroma, a little spicy. The geranium marries with the opening of the grapefruit, and enriches it, paving the way for the base note ... here come the woods, sandalwood and cedar, and then his majesty the frankincense ... not liturgical, but still in resin ready for be turned on. In this phase, light smoky notes are added, very controlled, which enrich the woody and resinous scent already present previously.
If Grimoire is the medieval, European frankincense, with candles, wood and cathedral atmosphere… Tamam takes you directly to the East… incense, precious woody scents to remind us of sacred and mystical places, marry with the welcoming and vaguely fruity notes of grapefruit, and the radiant geranium, to remind us of the domestic and warm welcome that awaits us once we arrive in those places. A beautiful journey, a large oriental incense, which reminds us of sacred translations, but which, deep inside, reminds us of a warm maternal embrace (for me of my grandmother and her geraniums) and of everyday things. Thanks Adnan and thanks Anatole, wonderful perfume, you made me travel, remember and excite.
