Unjustly Stamped
Rooftop cocktail bar. You’ve thrown on your finest linen and leave the bar with a glass of Pina Colada, the end.

NO! For all those who want to look beyond the facade of the name, the bottle, and the image triggered by the fragrance pyramid, you lose your balance after just a few steps, staggering and worrying not only about your drink that is about to spill but also about your dignity, because you are aware of a foreign, sweet smile that has been accompanying you with every step since your arrival. Plan A would have been to throw yourself into the sand lying around everywhere (what else could beautify the charm of concrete and noise in a big city on a rooftop with a cocktail bar), the glass won’t break, the drink will simply be stirred in, and you buy another Pina Colada for €12.
You chose Plan B. Falling for your new crush, balancing the drink towards the sky, and with wide-open eyes, you watched the little splash of drink content that just headed straight for the sweet smile, too late. The next moment, lasting no longer than the Big Bang, but for you feeling like an eternity, you look into each other's eyes just before the cold of the ice cubes and the sticky sweet drink can take effect. It could have been love at first sight. Instead, it’s a déjà vu. Panic. You know each other! You are familiar with each other, but it’s been a long time. You’ve met a few times. Although at long intervals, the affection was always intense, with initial minutes of silence and uncertainty that gradually disappeared with the passing hour, giving you confidence. Your crush was never just a fallback; it just was never the perfect moment until it became the perfect moment, and you found each other. Just like today. Everything is perfect. Strangely enough, the Pina Colada also contributes to this circumstance, as it eliminates the usually uncertain starting difficulties with a mishap that, from an olfactory perspective, gives your sweetheart a note that it didn’t necessarily need but makes things between you significantly simpler. Suddenly, you also remember the name of your crush….

Musk Therapy.

Sorry for the little mush here, but in my eyes, the clumsy comparison with the alcoholic drink falls a bit short (unfortunately homemade). In my opinion, one of my favorite fragrances has been refined here. The drydown reminds me so strongly of Musk Therapy and is surprisingly long-lasting on fabric and skin. This floral freshness and yet creaminess, complemented by summery nuances of coconut and pineapple, perfect! With Initio, I always feel unsure at first whether it suits me, but when the weather, outfit, and mood align, I love wearing it. In its refined form of "Tahiti Colada | Gulf Orchid," you can overcome a bit of the nervousness because by the time the floral notes overwhelm the fragrance, you are already well past the point of questioning whether it was a good idea to wear it.

It is. Always! And now, upon request, with an extra pinch of summer.

That was probably a grab into the sea
"Once a 'Cocaine Sailor | Rammstein' spoke, his name Rammstein, a scent like the sea must come, but not like Megamare, God forbid.
It was probably the smell of the sea that drove life from the ocean to land, and so they still flee today, from Megamare, all these years."

Unfortunately, there isn't much to say, except that even with this artistic masterpiece, the freedom to smell like a swimming pool is left to each individual, obviously with a forever lasting penetrance, completely inappropriate for the actual purpose of a perfume. It smells very artificial like chlorine and other aquatic notes, but the base ultimately doesn't deliver anything to look forward to, and here Rammstein comes into play. While it is also not a crowd-pleaser, it is more of a perfume than a work of art.
I advise everyone to test it first, and I still recommend everyone to test it.
For one's own horizon, for the art and shared suffering, which is known to be halved, like life, before it could go ashore

It's already giving me a headache...
…specifically about where I can start saving money to afford this summer blockbuster. Eat even less useless stuff? …or better yet, the greedy cats? (I mean not to eat the cats, but to put those spoiled gluttons on a diet….you know what I mean)
Should I just eat the little food cold? …or unchilled? Run the coffee filter through twice or simply enjoy the summer vacation in Brandenburg instead of flying to the best beaches with the new Xerjoff? Aaaaaaaaarhfggjdjdjej :(
I am at a loss for words for the first time in a long while. In winter, the sweet and spicy scents line up in the collection or wish list, and I have no idea what to wear first, but a really good summer hit that neither shines with an aquatic pool-like vibe nor has to give way to an actual antiperspirant because it still packs more punch? And then, BAM! Xerjoff in your face and your wallet right along with it :(
So, now let's get to the actual scent.
I actually first felt like Virgin Island Water and "Naxos | XerJoff" were just clumsily mixed together. Thankfully, the lavender note is missing, and you quickly get used to the light peppery nuances. Above all, it smells wonderfully fresh and floral (almost citrusy), with a rather light "non-nutty" coconut and a subtle sweetness that reminds you of the virgin island from behind.
I can't confirm a penetration of the sometimes grandma-like tuberose, and it seems that the dose makes the poison here. Moreover, I find it clearly unisex, which is likely due to the pepper that keeps the floral notes in check, should that matter to anyone. The necessary body temperature definitely does some good for the performance here, and so the little water is already diligently radiating its scent from the strip on the table to me on the couch for about 3 hours. Unfortunately, since I quickly become nose-blind, this is sadly the only reasonable way to assess it somehow.
I will definitely go do some calculations on how I can fly on vacation together with "Casamorati - Quattro Pizzi | XerJoff"!
Ciao with Ö

Here a gap is being filled…
…and that is the one between the numerous "creamy" and summery wannabes that have come under my nose ()

Sun worshippers, like I am, eventually reach a point or an age where skin protection becomes increasingly important. Sun yes, skin cancer… nah. So what does a crazy fragrance lover do? They look for a sunscreen that offers protection and, ideally, smells really good, because perfume and sunscreen probably don’t get along too well on the skin. I ended up with the brand Hawaiian Tropical, and there is no other tested lotion that doesn’t smell musty, sour, or too much like wax. It lifts your spirits even under the German sun and is applied as a good mood booster for no reason after showering during a bad weather period. Why is that important?

THE TIMES ARE NOW OVER!!

This fragrance is the only one among many tested scents that gives me exactly this feeling.
The "Qaed Al Fursan Unlimited | Lattafa / لطافة" is softer and rounder than "Replica - Beach Walk | Maison Margiela", adds a pinch of beach vacation to Soleil Blanc Eau de Parfum, has never heard anything about the scratchy Vanilla Vibes, and when you layer it with "Qaed Al Fursan | Lattafa / لطافة", it serves a non-alcoholic Sex on the Beach.
The longevity is solid with 6h+ on the skin, and on the white top (whatever you prefer), it easily lasts until sunset.
Only the sillage weakens over time, and after the first half of the day, only vanilla and musk remain.
Feeling-wise, I would place it in the same drawer as "Musk Therapy | Initio", even though they are two completely different fragrances, they both have the same effect on the mood, at least for me.

I cannot relate to the described feminine orientation. "Qaed Al Fursan Unlimited | Lattafa / لطافة" is significantly less floral than the other coconut cream candidates, and which sunscreen states, "for men only, with masculine cedarwood and incense scent"?
It must smell like that!
I don’t think we need to discuss price/performance.
Test it, have a nice summer, and take a break from the world as it is right now, even at 10 degrees and rain :)

"Replica's - in the Christmas Bakery"
I don't really want to write too much, especially not the first review with any scent notes like a sommelier, but after 2 days, it’s worth more to me than just a statement.

The presentation starts unusually high-quality. It consists of cardboard and a bit of foam, but those who want velvet and silk are happy to spend more than 30€ (yes, I had a dreamy deal…here in the souk).
It's obvious who Lattafa has taken inspiration from, and from that arise the only two flaws that the scent allows itself here, and that is complaining at the highest level.
Point 1, the cap is made of plastic instead of glass. It may not play a big role, but the cap has a slightly milky haze that detracts from the otherwise strong presence of the bottle and the presentation. The haze is visible from every angle, while the bottle itself is completely colorless.

Point 2 brings me to the actual scent, and here Lattafa trips over its own feet. The association with a whisky or cognac decanter is far-fetched and serves only for PR. Without knowing Angels Share, I miss a "boozy" note in Khamrah that I wouldn’t miss if the presentation didn’t somehow promise it, do you understand?

With all the other listed scent notes, which only differ minimally from the original, I completely agree. Light roasted aromas, without being smoky, pralines, slightly fruity... cinnamon and nutmeg, a gourmand to kneel for. I usually don’t like to smell like food, but Khamrah remains spicy and doesn’t drown in tonka sweetness that only attracts wasps.
My autumn is saved, the hoodies will be infused with the scent, and maybe it will grant me a few lovely cuddle hours on the beach, where I mainly see it. Casual togetherness, outside of the Christmas season, where it can be sensual and seductive, but also conveys trust and security, depending on how well you know the person.
For me, Lattafa Khamrah is a 10 in all disciplines.
Longevity is more than 2 days clearly noticeable on textiles (where I prefer to wear my scents), and sillage radiates strongly for hours.

If someone wants to indulge in an evening with Khamrah, a little tip: have the companion spray their wrists instead of themselves, otherwise, you’ll quickly become olfactorily blind in your fine gourmand cloud. If that someone then gestures wildly, perfect!

Somehow I will still get a sample of Angels Share and can provide a conclusion on the similarity afterwards, …..or maybe not.
