Unique and intriguing! The fennel really shines here in a way that's authentic and vegetal, but also mellow and pleasantly sweet.

Syrupy mango and candied floral, with a grape-like note (maybe from vanilla orchid)? Interestingly, dries down a tad fresh and soapy.
