The love that lasts forever
For me personally, Salam is the best example of the fact that you shouldn't rely exclusively on the fragrance pyramid. If I had done this, the fragrance would probably never have moved in with me.
Just as a side note, I'm not a fan of citrus fruits at all, no matter what form they take. But as the fragrance has gone through a real hype, I had to test it of course, the curiosity was just too great.

Admittedly, I didn't have particularly high expectations at first because I thought that the tangerine opening would ruin everything anyway... - I've never been so wrong. After the obligatory sniff at the spray head, I also sprayed a whiff on my wrist.

The opening is beautiful, the citrus stays in the background and is soon enveloped by amber and flowers. I find it incredibly difficult to smell the individual components of the fragrance. Salam is not a particularly complex fragrance, purely in terms of its components, and yet I have difficulty even coming close to finding the right words.

Salam actually combines pretty much everything I do NOT like, citrus fruits and oriental notes. I really did Salam an injustice by being so judgmental. It was my most valuable conquest last year. Valuable not in the sense of expensive, but in the sense that it is a particularly precious treasure to me. I love this fragrance to death, it is never intrusive, extremely potent and room-filling and a true champion among compliment-catchers. I could never imagine being without this fragrance, it is an all-rounder, a fragrance for every occasion, a fragrance with which you are always properly dressed and with which you will always attract attention. The longevity for me was +10h with a sillage that is out of this world.

Perhaps we should deviate from our usual "path" more often, because happiness usually lies in the detours
