Memoria della Sicilia
When I first purchased Nuit d'Issey at the Duty-Free shop in Hamburg Airport, it became an unforgettable part of my travel memories. The fragrance unfolds with a fascinating combination of fresh and spicy notes that immediately captured my senses. The bottle found its way into my carry-on, the plane set course for Italy, and as we landed, the scent accompanied me through the picturesque streets of Catania.
The refreshing citrus note still reminds me of the vibrant markets of this bustling city, where the air is filled with the scent of lemons and oranges. The spicy accords transport me straight back to the historic temples of Taormina, where history seems to linger in the air. The complexity and depth of this fragrance reflect for me the diversity and beauty of the Sicilian landscape.
Nuit d'Issey is a memory capsule that takes me back to the warm nights and unforgettable moments of my trip to Sicily every time I wear it. A timeless fragrance that enchants the senses and keeps the memories alive.

Nostalgia & Pinstripes
In the early 2000s, I wore Lui. Back then, I couldn't articulate what set it apart from Adidas, Puma, and others that vied for space in the bathroom cabinet of my first shared apartment. One thing I could say, without being able to name it specifically, was: You are something special. Lui became my constant companion. Not a single day did he have to stay at home. To parties, during my apprenticeship, for job interviews, to Sunday brunch at Mom's. Lui became my first signature scent.
Several moves later, he fell into oblivion, only to be rediscovered by me about 20 years later.
Today, I enjoy wearing him again. He has lost a bit of shine over the years, but old love doesn't rust. In the office, I feel less well-dressed without him than with the other high-flyers.
On my skin, he unfolds a fresh, not too overpowering, woody effect, which is still subtly perceptible even after 10 hours.
For me, a successful office scent that adds an extra touch of seriousness to any appearance without seeming forced.
