Where are you and where are you going?

Have ordered the vial recently from a major online supplier,
since I had a sample of it years ago.

The scent itself would have been to my liking-
slightly fresh, almost elegant, complex, even though I almost
always have a little problem, because somehow they never get to the point..
( Except for the new " Absolu " - but there comes again
Mr. Morillas into the game )

But here the silage and shelf life went almost towards zero
after an hour, there's almost nothing.
I had never experienced anything like this before.

In bottle design, of course, the ghosts
for me as minimalist still feasible, but not the cheap
Plastic coating of the bottle, which also looks like it.
There is already another haptic for the name Armani
hip- how about at least with Alu?

Too bad - from a pure fragrance experience this would be just
for the warm season has been a round-
So it went back and the autumn comes-
see if something new can be found for it..

Underground durability & sillage

In principle, the goodness of the fragrance itself is irrelevant, since you can't smell it anyway.

On my skin, the perfume is - without exaggeration! - after a maximum of 10 minutes, rather less, almost completely evaporated. Sillage is virtually non-existent, the fragrance no one will perceive.

I have tried several batches and always bought in reputable stationary perfumeries / tested.
Everywhere the same.

Conclusion: completely superfluous perfume, because you just do not smell it.

Spicy - fresh all-rounder. A classic!

"Emporio Armani He" is an eau de toilette that was launched on the market at the end of the 90s. Typical for the 90s were fresh, aquatic fragrances, often synthetically inspired by calone to convey the impression of sea and sea air. This scent here is also fresh, but in a completely different way than "Cool Water", "Aqua di Gio" etc.: It brings a great spice to the room! Freshly sprayed on, you first smell a mix of fruits and spices like cardamom (very dominant) and sage (rather subliminal). Later on, nutmeg, musk and cedar are added as typical male spice notes, and the sandalwood often used for aquatic plants is also easily noticeable. The fruits and the sandalwood give you a short freshness kick, the spices give you a cozy warmth and a great feeling of cleanliness. Really great combination!

Conclusion: This fragrance is a real all-rounder. Why? It can be worn at any time of the year and that's quite extraordinary. The fruits and sandalwood make "He" a fresh summer/spring scent, the spicy notes make it a winter/autumn scent. The only shortcoming is the durability and sillage. Unfortunately after 2h only perceptible at close range. Not suitable for compliments, unless you get very close. Instead you feel very comfortable, clean and can refresh yourself with this Eau de Toilette! By the way, the price/performance ratio is really good

Is there a replacement?

I just love that smell. The effect is just hypnotic on me. but every time I suffer from the fact that the fragrance has an incredibly bad shelf life and sillage... does anyone have a replacement product that comes very close to it, but is much more valuable in terms of silage and durability?

The fragrance has a spicy depth, but still radiates a freshness. Actually a very elegant fragrance, which reflects its interesting content. If only there wasn't this ridiculous shelf life and silage. No sooner applied than it wants to leave again. So the top note fades away quickly and for a while it is dead quiet until the heart note of iris and nutmeg together with the bergamot of the top note reappears and tries to make up for all the disappointment. But no "Tada, I'm here", but rather a "Hello, do you smell me? A discreet breath, which soon after that kicks the bucket again. A pity, a great pity, it might have become something, but "lui" is unfortunately too shy. As for the bottle, I have to say that although it looks elegant at first glance, the spray head and the mechanics are only well-intentioned, but not well thought out, because the pressure is transmitted poorly or irregularly.

Quite an enjoyable fresh scent. Sadly it is easily mistaken for a body spray deodorant. Very little projection, sillage and staying power.

Expensive body spray with a beautiful scent. Same packaging, similar durability. Body spray is cheaper, though.
