It's hard to describe this perfume because I've really never smelled anything like it anywhere else. Associations that people often brought up are woody, spicy and a sauna vibe, but in a specific way. Here are a few of my experiences with this perfume: At first, this strong, tangy, spicy, penetrating scent was hard for me to take but I got used to it and got positive feedback. The development of the fragrance is really fascinating. After the strong, spicy and tart opening, it becomes softer, almost balsamic, reminiscent of precious wood heated in a sauna. The fragrance remains intense, but gains depth over time. It is sometimes more dominant, sometimes more subtle, depending on the surroundings. It unfolds even more strongly in cool weather. Friends have described it as charismatic and different. It stands out without being overpowering. This fragrance is truly unique and perfect for someone looking for something special.

I like it a lot
The Layton didn't really convince me, as my nose couldn't really perceive or categorize it after a few perfumes in the store. But I have to say that Detour Noir has completely won me over. The fragrance is pleasant and harmonious. I received a compliment the very first time I wore it, which made me very happy. The fragrance leaves a lasting impression and is suitable for everyday wear as well as for special occasions. A real highlight in my collection. Except for the bottle. That's not quite it. (For me personally, I was very surprised by its size. I always thought it looked small in the pictures)
