The niche fragrance in a "designer coat"
An incredibly good fragrance that starts with a beautiful iris note and then continues into a mixture of leather and a kind of cola note. The rose in the fragrance also complements the scent very well.
Similar to the Intense fragrance, but with a lighter iris note and somewhat more "masculine". The beautiful drydown is particularly impressive. There is not much of the gourmand touch of the Intense here.
In my opinion, a masterpiece with very strong longevity and more than above-average sillage.
The bottle is typical of the Dior Homme range and very beautiful.
In my opinion, the price is justified for this niche-level designer fragrance.
Anyone who has the opportunity should test this fragrance and form their own opinion.

An oud without oud
In my eyes, it is a fragrance that is very well rated by the public. That's why I had to test it.
To be honest, I can't detect any oud at all in this fragrance, neither in the opening nor in the dry-down.
For me, it's an incredibly sweet fragrance that unfortunately doesn't suit my taste.
I would rather see it on people of an older age.
I would also describe it as more feminine and less masculine. Which is not to say that it can't be worn by men.
The fragrance itself is difficult to describe. I would say that it smells mainly of a lot of flowers and perhaps cotton candy. There is no discernible development of the fragrance. So it's a rather linear fragrance.
The performance is very good and leaves nothing to be desired.
But now to the price. Personally, I don't think the price is justified. It is advertised with oud, which I could not even remotely perceive. All I smell is an incredibly sweet rose.
I would recommend everyone to sample this fragrance first and form their own opinion.
