2024 seems to be the year of cherry in perfumes.

I actually wanted to test this perfume just because of the bottle and imagined the ultimate Barbie scent. That's totally misleading. (One could say I should have looked at the notes more closely, but the bottle is just so pretty that I would have tried it anyway.)

Right after spraying, you can smell cherry rice pudding, which is soon overtaken by a darker, woodsy note.

Basically, I expected a pink tulle princess and got a queen in pink armor. I really like it.

Postscript: I looked at the clock and paid attention. The cherry note completely disappears for me after exactly 2 hours. Then only smoke remains. Very unfortunate, because that was what made the scent special for me. However, I can still smell the smoke even after showering. If you like it, you will surely enjoy it, but unfortunately, it's not for me.

I just had the opportunity to test this fragrance in comparison to its predecessor.

It smells very good, floral, fresh, and has a somewhat princess-like quality. The scent is very light, and you feel a bit like you've applied a cloud of flowers. I'm almost certain that this fragrance would never stand out negatively to anyone. Perfect for the office and everyday life, definitely not too aggressive. I prefer this version to the previous one, of which I owned a bottle.

At first spray, I unfortunately did not like the scent at all. A moment later, however, it developed really beautifully, fruity-sweet and floral.

I see it more for transitional times, autumn or spring, because the scent is simultaneously a bit cozy, but also has something fresh about it. I see it as a great alternative to la vie est belle or libre, if you want to stand out a bit, because I haven't noticed it being as widespread as the two fragrances mentioned above.

Many compare RM to a more upscale Alien. First of all, I must say that I don't like a single Mugler fragrance.
However, I was still curious about RM because it is said to be similar and much better, and because it is so highly praised despite its similarity to Alien, and you keep coming across it on YouTube.
So, I first sniffed a sample and tried it immediately.
After the first spray, I can clearly smell the tuberose. To me, it smells almost exactly like so scandal by Jean Paul, just without the raspberry. So floral, instead of fruity. It was a pleasant surprise for me, but I was disappointed that the two fragrances are indeed so similar.
RM has punch. One spray is enough for my entire apartment to smell of it, and it lasts forever, just like so scandal does. I'm still not sure if it's worth the money for me when I can get almost the same thing, just a bit more synthetic, for a fraction of the price. (Addendum and note: I mean "so scandal," not the regular "scandal," because so many have written and inquired. Apparently, many are still not familiar with the new one that was released in 2020. I just checked again because it was bothering me, and both perfumes contain orange blossom, jasmine sambac, and tuberose. Especially tuberose.)

For me, Safanad is a typical office/leisure fragrance. It smells pleasantly light and creates a positive overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, I don't smell much of the pear, but it strongly reminds me of a flower meadow. I can detect a certain similarity to Meliora, just without the fruity kick.
Over time, the vanilla becomes quite prominent.
Actually, you can wear it anytime. For me, it fits in almost every season, except winter.
I don't think it's that similar to Classique, but for the price, it really isn't unique enough for me. (Note: I like it bold, but that's of course a matter of taste.)
I think you can't go wrong with Safanad. If you don't know what to wear, it's a good choice.
