The perfect summer gourmand
I too have jumped on the Gourmand-hypetrain. My last few months have been characterized by the task of smelling delicious caramel and simply delicious. I would never have thought that the scent of a mainstream body spray would become my secret favorite among them. Cheirosa smells so deliciously sweet, nutty and yet light. Not sticky, not heavy, not necessarily creamy either. Like a delicious breeze that is definitely summery. Great! H/S also good! Only the bottle gives me nightmares, but I can look past that.

Summer love
What a great fragrance. A fantastic balance between sweetness and spice, almost pleasant spiciness. The fragrance smells hot to me, like the summer sun. It may be because Goddess was my go-to last summer, but I can imagine it 1000x better on hot summer evenings than in the fall/winter. I really miss Goddess and will definitely be getting it again for the hot months.

Him & Me
This fragrance triggers something in me. As soon as I put it on, I noticed its versatility: spicy and sweet, woody and tart at the same time. At the same time, it has something cuddly, almost creamy about it. The fragrance itself is a blast. As with Eclaire, I approached it without any prior knowledge of the original fragrance. The fact that Lattafa produces fragrances of such quality and density is amazing. Top, 10/10. 200-year shelf life, sillage to anywhere else. But the really exciting thing about the fragrance for me is that it smells like my boyfriend and me. I first thought it was his Prada L'Homme, the cleanliness and the iris and then thought it was my Tom Ford Santal Blush, the beautiful spicy sandalwood, then suddenly I smell his Givenchy Gentleman and the balsamic vanilla and suddenly there's my Versace Crystal Noir and its unmistakable (non-existent) coconut note. It's like our favorite scents, our signatures, how we smell to each other, combined into one. That's what makes it so special and wonderful for me.

Yes, I do (want to)!
Summer 2024, Bianco Latte is on everyone's lips (and noses). As an old money saver, I immediately ordered La Nuit Blanche. Conclusion: terrible. It smelled like nothing to me, almost transparent, too sweet but still and somehow disgusting. Unfortunately, it was nothing. I was so excited to see if I would like Eclaire and I wasn't really expecting it anymore. Even now it has clicked. I don't know if Lataffa has made a better version of this lactonic gourmand bomb, or if my personal taste has changed in the last year, but: I'm blown away. That clean creaminess despite absolute biscuit-bakery-pastry overload is incredible. The scent lasts and lasts and lasts. Yesterday I could still clearly smell it after almost 12(!!) hours. "Waffle batter", "delicious vanilla", "popcorn" were some of the surrounding associations. A compliment chaser and definitely one that is ALWAYS worth it.

Never again without you
I tested Libre for the first time years ago when I was looking for a new signature, and my conclusion was: too sweet, too sticky, no thanks. Well, maybe it was because it was 32 degrees that day. I came across Libre again when two of my colleagues were wearing it. Every time they entered the room, I was overwhelmed. Then I tried it again and the result was a headache. But I wanted to like it so much. Now, years later, it has clicked: first I wore the Zara dupe to death on hot Italian summer nights, now I've switched to Le Parfum. I never want to go back without it. The fragrance does something to me, something that I love.
