The scent took some time to grow on me. I had ordered the discovery set from the brand after my favorite perfume YouTuber raved about it and tested all the fragrances briefly. In fact, most of the scents didn't really impress me, and I particularly couldn't understand the hype around Suma Oriental. It smelled too masculine to me and not "soft" enough.... I then gave it a second and third chance, and what can I say: I love it! I'm already looking forward to wearing it again in the colder season. I definitely need to get a large bottle in time for that. Such a special scent.
Now I hope that I will experience a similar change of heart with some of the remaining fragrances in the set.

Today I was able to test the fragrance spontaneously and found it super at first on the test strip! A coconut scent that doesn't smell sweet, rather salty and like the sea. "The Beach" seemed totally fitting to me, and I immediately sprayed it on my wrist. Unfortunately, the scent developed into something totally overpowering on my skin within 5 minutes. To me, it just smells too much like... skin... I can't describe it any other way. I could no longer enjoy the actually beautiful coconut.
One plus point: The longevity is great! Even after several thorough washings, the scent is still quite noticeable.

I received the fragrance as a sample with an order and sprayed it on without any expectations. At first, the scent seemed a bit strong to me, which I don't necessarily like for warm summer days. However, the longer I wore it on my skin, the more I found it appealing; the fragrance develops pleasantly and is well-balanced for my taste - both fresh citrusy and sweet, but not sticky. I like it!
