The cozy smell of the autumn
God bless whoever came up with the idea of putting this on a promotional card and putting it in an order I made because thanks to that person I have discovered this wonder.
When I opened the order I made on a website and there was a card I said "hmm advertising" but when I brought it up to my nose, oh boy, that smelled like the softest and creamiest sandalwood and tonka I have ever smelled in my life.
Well, it worked, as soon as the cool weather started to arrive in the south I placed an order on the same website for a 100ml bottle of this wonder.
The first thing that comes out of the big door when you put on this fragrance is a fight to the death between cocoa, patchouli and rum. Surprisingly, considering that it is somewhat alcoholic, the rum wins, a smooth, aged and sweet rum.
This does not last long, approximately an hour at most because that rum is crushed by the smell of cocoa and patchouli. And be careful, don't imagine a cocoa like a 99% chocolate bar or anything like that, it's a powdered cocoa, soft, like the smell of cocoa powder without any sugar. All this is adorned and accompanied by patchouli. It's a delicious and creamy smell, almost huggable, a sensation that on the skin, will accompany you for approximately 8/9 hours projecting quite a bit, you're not going to suffocate anyone in a room but it will certainly smell like you.
After that time it settles and yes, it still smells like cocoa and tonka, but more in the background, what comes to the foreground is the ultra-soft and creamy sandalwood. Surely that softness is due to the cashmere, it's even sweet for having that woody smell of sandalwood. Sometimes I get like bursts of vanilla but without being cloying, it's all very soft.
And all this in a period of approximately 11 hours, easy, and I won't even mention the clothes.
As for the occasions of use are clear: autumn and winter at 200%. Day and night alike. Quite unisex but with that strong patchouli it leans more towards masculine and as for age and clothing, at least around twenty or above and something halfway formal but without going overboard, you know: some jeans, a shirt or something sporty and you're round smelling of cocoa and wood.
In short: Autumn has arrived at its most comfortable part and it has been put into a bottle for you to wear.
