Not so intense
In my circle of acquaintances, it has slowly become known that I am always pleased with perfumes. So I received this specimen as a gift for Christmas last year, including shower gel and deodorant spray. Since most Adidas fragrances are nothing special, I had little expectations and was not disappointed, on the contrary.

There is actually nothing bad to say about the scent; the individual notes harmonize very nicely with each other and create a rounded overall impression. However, it must be said that it is somewhat characterless, so nothing that lingers long in the nose.

The longevity of the perfume, on the other hand, is above average and lasts for some time. The deodorant, however, is rather unsuitable. Even though I sweat very little, I must say that this deodorant did not convince me, and that from a sports brand.

There is not much more to say.
At this price, there is really nothing to complain about, but the scent does not knock you off your feet either. And for those who can do without recognizability, it offers a good scent for everyday use with internal touch.

My Favorite
When I discovered "Via Verri," I was looking for something truly special.
For days, I had the scent of jasmine in my nose, or rather, eventually just in my head; I can't recall where it came from, but I definitely wanted a perfume that best reflects that scent.
So, I went to a perfumery I trust and asked the nice saleswoman if she could recommend a fragrance with a strong jasmine note. She told me that she indeed had a few, but it was generally a bit more complicated for men. Nevertheless, she showed me some scents that matched my wish but didn't quite hit my taste, as they were either too sweet or had other notes that disturbed my perception.
When she informed me that she was running out of ideas, she showed me Etro "Via Verri," even though she had to fetch it from the women's section.
But that was it, the scent that had been on my mind for days. I had to realize that the top note doesn't smell overwhelmingly of jasmine; however, it blends very harmoniously with the other fragrance notes and thus comes across almost better than in the previous scents, where it dominated but didn't feel as harmonious. In retrospect, I always compared it to an elegant pair of shoes that would look overdressed with jeans but fits very well with a suit, even if it doesn't stand out as brightly.

So the saleswoman had already impressed me; however, I couldn't satisfy my desire for this perfume immediately. As my predecessor mentioned, it is quite an expensive scent, especially in the 50ml version, where the price per ml is almost 50% higher than in a 100ml packaging, and that one was unfortunately not in stock.

A few weeks later, I received the scent for my birthday and am even more thrilled than ever before. Both longevity and everything else are convincing.
And then there's a quality that I somehow can't put into words but still have to try. The scent feels "real." When sprayed, you are not overwhelmed, and the top notes are still easily perceptible.

In conclusion, I want to say that regardless of whether my perfumery lists the scent as a women's fragrance or whether it is described as such here, the overall composition is very well suited as a unisex fragrance.

In short, even as a man, I say: I love this scent!!
