Wildness and Sweetness Combined: The New Unisex Fragrance "Night Veils - Rouge Chaotique" by Byredo

The Swedish niche fragrance brand expands its "Night Veils" collection with the oud-gourmand scent "Night Veils - Rouge Chaotique", which promises a seductive blend of wildness and sweetness.

The first splashes exude a rich saffron note accompanied by juicy blackcurrant, bergamot and soft leather. Sweet gourmand notes of plums and pralines are found in the heart, while intense chords of agarwood, earthy patchouli and spicy papyrus in the base notes provide a long-lasting fragrance effect.

The composition is intended to olfactorically reflect the artistic principles of Ben Gorham: Inspired by the idea that beauty can emerge from chaos, the fragrance combines powerful notes with fruity undertones.

"Night Veils - Rouge Chaotique" is part of the "Night Veils" collection, first introduced in 2015. Most recently, Byredo presented the spicy-sweet fragrance "Night Veils - Vanille Antique" in 2022.

Byredo was founded in 2006 through the vision of Ben Gorham. Ben Gorham, a former basketball player and graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics, grew up with an Indian mother and Canadian father, which exposed him to various scents, flavors and essences at a young age. Although he initially studied at art school, he was eventually drawn to the world of perfumery, driven by his passion for scents.

Ben Gorham believes that perfumes have the ability to take us to faraway places in a very immediate way. The name "Byredo" is composed of the words "By" (next to) and "Redolence" (fragrance) and represents the label's approach to creating unique fragrances that offer a special and accompanying experience.

The new fragrance will be available from June 29 in a 50 ml bottle size.
