Moonsister

Inspired by @Fragrance's Advent Challenge, I dug out my vanilla scent samples. Vanille de Zanzibar starts out a bit "spicy" for me, maybe the fruit, and this note is what disturbs me on the whole. The vanilla- great, not so sweet, powdery. And the durability - unbelievable. A spray at 5:00. At 10 pm my husband complains that it (still) smells so strong. O Ton: "it might be quite good if it was 10 times less strong". So I go into the bathroom and scrubbed with neutral soap. Still smells good, but okay. This morning, 7 o'clock, I can still smell him on the joint!
Well, actually, a great scent. But the "pointed" note and above all strength and sillage put me off, that doesn't go down well at home or with colleagues. No, this fragrance and I are not getting together. But at that price everything should have been right.
