Eternal spirit
Today, as I write this review, New Look is rated 5.9. In my opinion, this number is far too low, even if every rating has its subjective justification and there is no arguing about taste anyway.

I would like to provide a counterpoint here so that not every perfumista feels deterred from at least testing this fragrance.

I haven't been able to get the perfume out of my mind since I first tried it because it is unique. Yes, I smell the strong scent of detergent too. Or is it a clean, white paper on a white table with a pencil next to it so that you can sort out your thoughts in peace and enjoy the silence? And not just silence, but also a conceptual challenge: the incense as an olfactory arrow right into the limbic, spiritual center and the aldehydes as a signpost to extraterritorial eternity?

In my opinion, MFK has created a meditative masterpiece. Or ironing water. Anyway, when my little miniature runs out, I might have to buy the bottle. Sigh.

Beautiful Hanuta fragrance
Admittedly, I like nut oil. Even when cooking. It can be used to refine a simple salad or a sauce. But let's get down to business.

I was looking for a not-so-sweet gourmand fragrance to feel a little warmth on my skin on one of the many rainy days in northern Germany. When the nice owner of a niche perfumery showed me Tonka Extra Ordinaire, I was a little skeptical at first. Tonka often smells too dense on my skin, but here, combined with hazelnut and frankincense, it creates a beautiful association of a dark, dry, slightly smoked Hanuta fragrance that exudes both comfort and dark sensuality.

For me, a unisex fragrance, neither masculine nor feminine. For special occasions, such as outside in rainy weather or by candlelight at home. Good longevity, rather intimate sillage. Not a perpetual wearer.

Dreamlike
The top note reminds me pleasantly of a sauna infusion, which I particularly appreciate in the autumn rain. It wraps itself around my shoulders like a soothing blanket and protects me. Okay, quite nice up to this point. But then Woman really gets going and tells a complex, psychologically adept story while always remaining a perfume. I'm tempted to say that someone here has understood exactly what is contradictory about us women. The fragrance is feminine without being feminine. It is aromatic without being too green and herbaceous. It is not sexy, but sensual. It is elegant despite the hemlock and can be worn in a big city, at a business meeting or for dinner. It is special without getting on your nerves and shouting "here! look at me!". Wonderful. Thank you, Geza Schön. I feel understood.
