..Blumemeer, a tribute to the sweet grass..
It's 2003.

My training as a hotel specialist in one of the most beautiful, elegant and luxurious Grand Hotels in Germany with an affiliated florist.
The owner was wearing it and I thought I was lying in a sea of flowers. Vetiver didn't come out so strong of him. It was something completely different than what I had smelled until then. So floral, yes, just great.
I immediately asked what it was. With a broad grin he said: "A fragrance from one of the oldest fragrance houses in the world.
I'm out and off to buy.

About the scent itself: On my skin it starts with light bergamot, but is then relatively quickly replaced by vetiver. But not aggressive, as with other fragrances, where the core statement is "vetiver".
Of course, it also depends on the quantity and the ratio of the ingredients. For example, Lubin smells a little more herbaceous, strong and sharp-edged to me, which should not be a devaluation. Personally, I prefer my Guerlain by a long shot.
Personally, I found the old bottle much more beautiful than the current one, they all look the same... this great fragrance doesn't deserve that. A great gentleman with history, a proud chest and a certain statement, no, a very clear statement.
Thank you Jean Paul

...something else...
To make a long story short.
I would not buy it, because I would quickly Sattriechen, too special and yet too sour,
yet this fragrance stands out in the truest sense of the word.
Pomegranate, ginger, incense, I take that was a full pot.
Sexy, different, pushy but still elegantly jumping back again.
Durability: Loose 8 hours and more.
Sillage: Oh yes and not too short.
Flacon: But hello, a clear "very good".

Actually, I always have the opinion: "Schuster stick to your last", but the trend is that pen manufacturers make watches, fashion labels make perfumes and and and and... Since they have the necessary change to hire a good perfumer, often something of high quality and good comes around, like with this traditional Italian luxury leather brand.

However, I still prefer the traditional, old, history-laden fragrance houses of this world or small unknown houses, whose focus is exclusively on fragrances

torn
The comment, on the other hand, will probably turn out somewhat worse in the grading.
Shelf life: with me clear and loose 12 hours, even beyond.
Sillage: Oh yes, he can.
Flacon: High quality and beautiful
Scent: yes I really like it BUT... because I own it myself.

Here on land, however, he doesn't seem to have sold well at all, probably one reason why he doesn't exist here anymore and a friend had to bring him to me from London.

My very honest opinion - but this also applies to all other fragrances that exceed the 200€ mark - it is not worth it. So for the money, and then in pounds, he wouldn't end up with me again. In addition, the bottle and the packaging have no ingredients whatsoever. Clearly a drawback for me. The hype and the price for all Bond No.9 fragrances I find almost impudent. I'm similar to Amoaugedüften.

Now to the fragrance. My subjetive perception is that the trend is towards "fast scents", so to speak.
Means: Spray on, clap, bam, and he's there. My nose does not perceive the rich, facet-like fragrance pyramid as signposted.

With me: Neroli, all the time, then (but actually already from the beginning), vervain. Also a subliminal metallic note. Could it have been myrrh? It's not in there. Is it maybe violets? Honestly, I don't know. Sometimes it pinches my nose during the day and it is too stinging for me.

Nevertheless, I need it from time to time but rather rarely.

I see a resemblance to Tom Ford Neroli Portofino, which turns out soapier on my skin.

All in all a hmmjaichweissnichtganzgut fragrance. BUT not for the price!

...unfortunately horny...
What can we say about this?
Either it is the simplest, simplest, simplest wash ever on the market or simply the most ingenious. This is where the spirits quarrel.

But one thing is for sure: Mr. Schön has made so much money with this thing that he feels like he could sit down for the next 100 years and create the best, most unique and most incredible fragrance of all time, so I guess. - or has he already done so?

Even with discount campaigns the scents fall out with him, always the same price, even more expensive, the cheeky badger, they become. The "little ones" for the travel bottles already cost over 80€, if I remember correctly and in it are 30ml?

The fragrance seems to have a similar effect as in the film "THE PARFUM". People are literally ripping themselves off. They don't know what they smell, they don't know if they smell anything at all, they don't even know if what they smell is a fragrance, they just know that it's beautiful... and that it moves something in them and inspires them, even they are perceived.
I too have granted myself here against always. It seemed too expensive, too much like: " I don't smell anything"

But when a 1,90 m 1% rocker approached me and I thought my weekend had run, I became also victim of this fascination, which constitutes this smell. Carefully and friendly he asked, what is this then please Geiles seih. I asked him what else he meant, because I didn't smell anything anymore and had already forgotten that I wore it. He just said he didn't know.

This scent goes away like sliced bread. You spray it on and your favourite scent still over it. You can combine it with anything you can.

Also the bottle: For me unfortunately cool. simple, simple, clean but high quality.

Thank you Mr. Beautiful

my second skin
Rocha's Man I smelled for the first time at a friend of my cousin's.

The scent did not fit him and I asked directly: WHAT IS THAT PLEASE?
He still pronounced the scent wrongly, so that I felt it took me an eternity to guess which one it was, since google did not yet belong to us.
I was 16 and it was my first own fragrance.
What can I say, to get today only with Mueller drugstore, he pursues me nevertheless.
There is hardly a fragrance that harmonizes almost perfectly with my skin, none to which I am often addressed and which rises in such a multifaceted tower.
I don't suppose green leaves or lilies of the valley were here. Coffee, vanilla, musk all the more. After an eternity, raspberry is added, followed by lavender. Also here still light with the vanilla.
Unfortunately, this fragrance also serves a certain cliché...
He is pudirg, maybe a little flashy, ostentatious...BUT... i can't help it, unfortunately over many years one of my signature fragrances, which I certainly bought 4.5 times again
