You wake up from cryosleep in the year 3400. A world of chrome. A man in a white suit greets you. He speaks with a strong accent that you can't place. After all, it's hard to learn your ancient language properly.

Because the fragrance starts like it starts, it won't do well in perfumeries. Especially up close, the scent smells very synthetic. But after the scent of the cryo liquid has faded (about 30 minutes) and you have been out and about in this new world for a while, you will notice how good the future smells.

Although this fragrance has an excellent sillage, it is not overpowering. However, it should not be more than 3 sprays. Gradually, you notice more and more light woods, light spice and an even lighter sweetness. All of this is concealed behind a pleasant synthetic that makes the fragrance appear clean and well-groomed.

However, if you look closely, there is a lot that is artificial here. The overall picture is convincing, but the details take away the illusion of a masterpiece. This is not a fragrance that you fall in love with so much that you bury your nose in the crook of your arm, because that is where it is at its worst. It's best in the air when you're out and about and get a whiff every now and then.

Although the Ganymede dental practice fits into this world, it smells a good bit different.

This fragrance lasts all day. 3 sprays in the morning and 9 hours later I'm told I'd better apply less fragrance. So 2 sprays are probably perfect.

For me, my new "dumb reach" for spring and summer. Always works, lasts a long time, reasonable price. Only if I want something that smells good even at close range would I choose something else.

Definitely sampling. 9/10 in the air, 6/10 on the skin.

A versatile, woody and sophisticated fragrance.

I like the opening best. It starts directly with what I would describe as oud, as well as beautiful woods. An indefinable, slightly citrusy freshness and well-groomedness flies through the background of the entire fragrance.

As it progresses, the oud fades. Wood remains. The freshness also diminishes somewhat, but the habit remains until the end.

H/S on my skin unfortunately mediocre, but probably quite good by AdP standards. Strong projection in the first (half) hour, then it fades and lasts for two or three additional hours at most. After a total of 5 hours, the whole thing is over for the outside world and only perceptible to you from very close up. It lasts a very long time on clothing but doesn't smell as good.

For me a fragrance for every occasion that is at least a little bit special. Can also go as a dialy driver, but since it doesn't last a working day, that's not an option for me.

Should be tested. Blind buy only for lottery winners.

First of all: I'm not an expert and won't be able to surgically dissect the fragrance for you. Nevertheless, I do have an opinion.

The fragrance starts pleasantly. Woody and "light" alcoholic notes. Tends to be a little dry. However, the true strength of this fragrance is revealed in the drydown. The tobacco and vanilla play nicely with each other and create a very beautiful, slightly powdery fragrance experience.

However, this fragrance does not smell like an interior or emblematic jazz club. It lacks a few smoky notes, a few rough edges. But you can wear this fragrance in a jazz club, as well as in bars or similar places.

H/S all right. Longevity of a bar visit is achieved, just not if you stay out until sunrise.

At the beginning: imitation lavender. Not bad, but not perfect lavender. Nothing happens for a long time, then suddenly there's rum and vanilla. Very nice and very cuddly, but unfortunately also very weak.
