Oud Dream in cheaper?
Very spicy with lots of amber. For me, it's a great winter fragrance that has great longevity and sillage. You have to like it, I say in advance, but you shouldn't be put off by the first 30 minutes and give it a chance. For me personally, it is similar to Montale's Oud Dream, except that Montale's is a little warmer and more oppressive. For me, the Oud Dream stays very long and strong in the nose, while the Armaf stays less in my nose, but in the noses of the people around me.

The fragrance starts off very woody. But not the woody one, like Oud Wood or Wood Wood by Issey Miyake. It's somehow freshly woody, like when you go into the forest in the morning. I would describe this freshness as slightly spicy, probably due to the bergamot. The longevity and sillage are really good and considering the price (25-30€) it's really a scoop. There's something unique about the scent that you don't get to smell when you're around people, so you stand out from the crowd and you're not part of the Dior Sauvage community. I don't really use it anymore because I still have many others, but when I do, I like to wear it with a black outfit or a linen shirt in the evening in summer :).

An orange for the first 20 minutes, then comes the cinnamon, but this beautiful orange still floats around from time to time. The vanilla and amber join in over the course and round it off beautifully. An absolute must for winter and highly recommended. Nobody smells and expects something like this when they enter a room. Somehow dark, mysterious, but still fruity. For me, the rose definitely brings the mystery. And before the rose oud haters arrive again and tell you that it smells like every other rose oud fragrance, you should really find an ENT doctor.
Longevity and sillage are wonderful and the bottle is in a league of its own, but you're not really used to anything else from Xerjoff.
