For the Man by Your Side: Per Uomo
Upon application, I immediately noticed the refreshing scent of bergamot. Gradually, the aromas of coffee and a hint of vetiver joined in.
I wore this fragrance to an important appointment. I believe that women can also benefit from its somewhat rugged, masculine note when they wear it. Unfortunately, the sillage was not optimal here either.
Overall, the fragrance receives a clear rating of 9/10. The longevity is rated at 6/10 and the sillage is also at 6/10.

A fragrance that could enchant not just Rome: A somewhat more nuanced review
The scent notes of this perfume are distinct and unmistakable. The opening is dominated by Lapsang Souchong tea, which offers a pleasant balance between bitter smoke and invigorating freshness. Shortly thereafter, the Jasmine Absolute unfolds, developing slowly but steadily and giving the fragrance a certain structure.
The vanilla rounds off the olfactory experience by adding a subtle sweetness that perfectly complements the smoky tea and floral jasmine.
Wearing this fragrance was an extremely pleasant experience for me. It radiates a refreshing femininity that is powerful and not too delicate.

Mothers and Almond Notes: A Touch of Fresh Plum
Last week, on a whim, I gifted this perfume to my mother for 'Yılbaşı'.
Since we often share and use perfumes together, I had the opportunity to try it out myself today.
Upon the first spray, the powdery almond note envelops me a bit too intensely, but the 'fresh plum' quickly balances this out.
Unfortunately, vanilla and rose dominate a bit too strongly at the beginning, which temporarily dampens my enjoyment of this scent. However, this heaviness subsides within the first 15 minutes and makes way for a more harmonious fragrance experience.
Overall, a very pleasant scent unfolds, even though it is still a bit too powdery for my taste. But given the price, that doesn't bother me too much.
The sillage leaves something to be desired, but the longevity is quite satisfactory.
All in all, I would have preferred a little less vanilla and powderiness in this fragrance, and just a tad more plum.
Nevertheless, it has charmed me, and what matters most to me… my mother likes it very much.
And that is ultimately what really counts!

Too Much Alcohol, No Coffee
What was I thinking?
I have to admit that I wasn't necessarily looking for a dupe of BO, but I had hoped for notes of pear, coffee, and pink pepper.
But this, I don't know…
Aside from the strong smell of alcohol that I perceive, the perfume itself isn't bad. I smell vanilla, a lot of³ licorice, and also something floral… whereas the coffee scent that was promised to me on the La Rive website itself, here and on other sites online? Unfortunately, there's (almost?) no trace of it!
I wouldn't necessarily say it was a bad purchase… however, it doesn't match what I was looking forward to.
The longevity and sillage are unfortunately also a bit disappointing. Given the price, I can live with it though.

Winter Scents and 'Bakery Bliss': A Fragrant Journey Through a Cake Wonderland
In my search for new fragrances, I came across a perfume that I liked immediately. However, given the affordable prices, I was eager to find another alternative.
Especially the practical size of the bottle from this brand invites you to carry it in your handbag - ideal for long days when you might want to reapply.
Right from the first spray on the test strip, I was surprised by a delicious fruity note. It reminded me of a warm, juicy cherry pie in winter - so wonderfully vanilla!
During my first use today, the woody notes became a bit more prominent over time, which I absolutely love. Overall, a fragrance that perfectly combines both sweet and bitter notes.
