Great Le Male Dupe

Le male has this nostalgia effect, for me, it reminds me of the mid 90s, this dupe brings me back, love to use it for evenings in the colder months, even though a bit dated, still a clean smelling well balanced type of scent.

Being it for a club, or just for a night out, this is sometimes a no brainer when using dark clothes, easy to use, wearable in most evening situations.

Great dupe with an AMAZING price

Jpg le male dupe für 6 euro???

Ich hab ihn 3 mal in meinem zimmer gesprüht und hab danach über ihn vergessen, ich komme im zimmer rein und ich riech einfach jpg le male, und das nach 2 stunden es ist zwar ein edt aber man kann es sich im dm oder rossman für 6-10 euro kaufen vom ort her, ich habe ihn für 5,75€ geholt, safe blind buy wenn du jpg magst

Better than Le Male, for under €10 from Dm

I smelled the fragrance on a colleague when he got into the car and had to ask right away what he was wearing (because his scent filled the whole car). Answer: Just a perfume from Dm, I got it as a gift. Of course, I had to ask a bit more and then got "Caline Infinite Navy".
I ran straight to Dm and bought it, €5.95 for a perfume that:
1: Smells extremely good, especially in the drydown a cozy, delicious but also masculine scent
2: Lasts very long (he smelled it the whole party)
3: Costs nothing
CLEAR RECOMMENDATION!

Le Male 2004 vs Infinite Navy

So… thanks to a friend, I discovered this fragrance. He promised me that it was better than the current Le Male.

Since I like to exaggerate a bit in comparisons, I compared this fragrance with its ultimate rival. Le Male from the year 2004.

From the very start, you can smell the difference. The mint note of Le Male is more intense than that of the Navy, and I mean much more intense. As the scent develops (in the second and third hour), the fragrances seem to differ significantly. While Le Male (2004) brings more freshness than sweetness, the vanilla, tonka bean, and cinnamon notes of the Navy are very pronounced. This one smells rather sweet-wintery and delicious.

However, in the drydown, they are about 80% similar. So similar that I recommend every vintage Le Male fan to buy this fragrance (6€, then you can skip a döner or a pizza).

The performance is good for its price. 6 hours of great sillage, and then it calms down again.

Since I can't leave a rating on Parfumo, I will provide it at the end of my review.

I often hear dissatisfaction about the current Le Male. It is often mentioned that people are looking for a vintage Le Male because the current batches are too "light." I will leave this matter unanswered but recommend that before you get the vintage Le Male, you should test this one. Personally, I can part with the search for future batches and prefer this fragrance instead. Saved 130€ and thus also alleviated the fear that "the vintage Le Males will eventually run out."

JPG Le Male for the Price of a Döner

For €5.95, you can sometimes barely get a döner anymore.
Caline offers a very good dupe of the legendary Le Mâle Eau de Toilette for exactly this price.
I myself have never owned the original, but my best friend's brother was crazy about it.
It was his signature scent, so I smelled it a lot when I was 12, 13, etc.
And what I perceived is quite similar to what Caline offers at a low price.
How close it is to the original can be better assessed by others.

Infinite Navy is fresh, spicy, classic, and has a pleasantly sweet drydown.
I find it hard to pick out individual notes.
I can recognize lavender, cinnamon, vanilla, and tonka, but I have to pass on the rest.
It all sounds very delicious, but one must consider that this is a fragrance from the 90s.
This means it will smell dated to many.
It's not Sauvage Eau de Toilette or Eros Eau de Toilette, it's a classic.
Somehow it also smells quite soapy, which personally doesn't appeal to me very much.
Therefore, the fragrance itself gets 6/10 points.

That said, the scent is very masculine and logically quite mature.
Generally, it's more suited for older gentlemen, but since anyone can wear what they want, I can also imagine it on a younger man.

Although the scent isn't really my thing, the perfume earns plus points in terms of performance.
It really performs well for hours.
I noticed the projection well for at least 2 hours.
Even after that, it doesn't become skin-close, but it gradually fades and you have a light scent bubble around you.

My conclusion: if you love these older, classic fragrances and especially Le Mâle Eau de Toilette, then this is an interesting option.
Personally, I don't like it, but if you liked the description, just stop by DM and test it yourself.

It’s reminiscent of Le Mâle, but becomes lighter and “somehow” more synthetic over time. If you like it... it’s about 7 € at Müller.

Smells like Le Male and lasts just as long as our 2010 batch of the original and 360 White 2019, all for 5.95. A very good alternative to Le Male.
