The woody and earthy opening evokes the same “gardening store in my childhood” sense memory as Santal 33, but sweeter on the drydown.

So light and delicate as to not even be there. The faintest fruity musky scent. This can barely be called a fragrance. Very odd.

Basically a slightly darker more spicy version of YSL l’homme. Its too warm and rounded and sweet for my taste.

Spicy, woody, herbaceous. Unusually powerful for Le Labo. The bite on the drydown reminds me a bit of Terre D'Hermes but much stronger.

Earthy, vegetal, funky. Like a rain storm moving through a coastal coniferous forest. Incredibly interesting, but probably wouldn't wear.
