The new Le Male / Le Beau
I was pretty surprised,
when a few weeks ago I saw the new men's fragrance of JPG standing in the fragrance shelf .
I was actually assuming
that I discover it first on Parfumo .
The bottle is naturally taken from the fragrance of Gaultier Essence -
only as we have all seen in the meantime he is now with the fig leaf in front of
the best piece . ;-)
On the fragrance strip and on the skin he immediately reminded me of something ...
Not to the well-known LE MALE scent,
but rather leisure time ....vacation, sunshine .
No doubt - the memory of the days was awakened
where my Le Male fragrance mixed with the sun spray on the skin .
This is of course due to the coconut content in the fragrance .
The coconut scent reminds me of the most beautiful time of the year
and is now for this summer my companion ,
as long as it keeps on the skin. And he actually holds several hours with me .
And when summer's over,
i will probably sniff the bottle from time to time -
to remind me of the most beautiful time of the year

LE MALE by Jean Paul Gaultier ...
This bottle and its fragrance have been with me since the middle of the `90s .
I already recognized in everyday life and of course also here in the forum that this
Name to the fragrance that divides opinions and tastes .
I for my part still remember very well how I got off my
Trainee content this fragrance with a bottle as a men's torso packed in a tin can
( how crazy ! ;- ) absolutely had to have - no matter how he smells at all , or at me .
In the meantime, there are some LE MALE fragrance versions which I mostly also
in my collection. Today and 2018 came an announcement for
LE MALE - IN THE NAVY . Unfortunately this smell was in none of my places to go
to find it - and even online it seemed difficult to get it .
Anyway in the online stores . known for me here
By chance I bought this edition as a "buy it now snapper" at an auction .
Here on the perfumosite I could already get a 1st impression -
what awaits me as a scent variation this time .
The scent actually came OVP and after unpacking the 1ste spray went
directly on the chest under the shirt .
The 1st impression was rather unpleasant .
I found the fragrance to be light & very chemical & salty .
This smell reminds me nevertheless very much of my time with the Bundeswehr .
I mean that some objects back then also raked like that .
Not really sexy .
For me the 1 ne sprayer was absolutely enough.
That the scent should be very weak was
i can't relate to .
It does not take long until the salty smell has vanished
and only a slight hint of vanilla to be guessed at is .
As much as I like the scents of Jean Paul Gaultier -
this is now not at all so my .
There was certainly a vision from the makers of this fragrance .
I am glad that I could get hold of him for me - I will not sell him for sure .
But 2019 is just around the corner, and I'm guessing,
that there will also be a new vision to LE MALE .
Until then I enjoy the other scents of my collection .

I have discovered the" lost cherry " for me. :-)
I am a relatively new member of the Perfumo community and dare to be the 1st
to a comment on the fragrance LOST CHERRY by Tom Ford .
It's not my 1ster Tom Ford fragrance - but in my region is to my knowledge
the next well stocked TOM FORD fragrance counter only 130 km away for me - in Hamburg .
On this page I first read about the fragrances in my fragrance collection and since I already have
i'm a happy owner of 3 Tom Ford fragrances, I came across LOST CHERRY through this page .
Christmas time - no time for a day or a city trip to "just try" a scent .
I have myself LOST CHERRY then ( felt ) - unfortunately - blind online ordered .
I would have preferred to buy it locally, but I convinced myself,
that "you don't treat yourself to anything else" . ;-)
And then he was there after two days.
The "unboxing" was already like opening a little Christmas present .
I made a small sprayer in the box and then 1 small sprayer on my wrist .
First of all something sparing, if you don't like it .
Cause I was secretly a little skeptical,
if cherry & sweet could not smell a little bit "male" .
What's it called? "The dose makes the poison " .
I have then somehow no longer deviated from it constantly
to sniff at his wrist. I was really happy
At first the fragrance was sweet - I smelled strongly the black cherry out and later it developed into a combination
made of cherry and marzipan - actually like cherry chewing gum , or Christmas jam .
Do you know these Christmas jam editions? Cherry / Marzipan etc ?

LOST CHERRY is now my autumn fragrance 2018 .
It fits me this time of year.
I don't find it heavy or intrusive - it's just perfect .
And my curiosity to order this "ridiculously expensive fragrance" blind I have not regretted !
