Fresh green rose petals dusted with powder
Florabotanica is an incredibly special and versatile rose scent that surprised me very much. After extensive testing, I got hold of a bottle in the souk of dear Saemm, which did not disappoint me! The visual appearance alone is almost like art à la Piet Mondrian (if there was still yellow in it...) but that's just my perception. In any case it is an eye-catcher :D

About the fragrance: the green notes are very present at first and the mint makes it a refreshment that is particularly pleasant in summer. After a short time, a strong, green and slightly soapy rose is added, which I love so much about this fragrance. It's really well done, as this note becomes increasingly powdery and cool and stays that way for a long time in drydown. So, this is already a great scent and no matter which stage, the scent is always pleasant and elegant for me!

The durability is very good in any case, because I can smell the fragrance clearly for up to nine hours and it remains present on clothes and hair even after that. I think that the aura must be quite acceptable, but it is certainly not obtrusive or annoying. Due to the green and yet powdery, noble note it is a very clear, down-to-earth and yet feminine scent, which certainly does not bother anyone. No matter if work, leisure time or meeting in the evening, the scent really always fits =) and that's good to have such a scent that fits very well especially in the warm season.

I am totally convinced and can recommend it for those who are looking for a universally applicable rose fragrance with that certain something and a surprising complexity!

Powdery elegance
Hello, dear ones
i just have to write a comment to this perfume, although i know that it was unfortunately discontinued since about 2016. I was incredibly sad about it, because ''Love, Chloé'' is my absolute favorite perfume. It's the reason why I signed up for this wonderful site, to go in search of new treasures! It simply met my taste 100% when I was a teenager and I still love this fragrance today. No perfume has ever managed to do that for me... Sigh...
Well then, how do you describe such a wonderful, warm and cuddly fragrance?

First of all, I believe the following: it's not necessarily a crowd pleaser and therefore it was probably discontinued. ''Love, Chloé'' could also be a fragrance from the 80's with an insane durability and sillage. Yet it's beautiful with its purple blossoms blended with powder and expensive cream to create an infinitely great blend with wonderful musk in drydown.

Course, durability & Sillage: I don't really notice much of the orange blossom and pepper, but it is incredibly intense & powdery in the beginning. The blossoms together with the powder form such an unbelievably beautiful mixture, which also develops an unbelievable intensity & sillage from beginning to end, that I just want to absorb this scent, but sometimes I feel a bit sorry for my fellow men when I am in closed rooms. The fragrance lasts 24 hours on the skin and on clothes for several days and the drydown is simply feminine, powdery and elegant. Meanwhile I use it very sparingly and only for special occasions.

My associations:
- a woman standing in front of a Monet in the Musée d'Orsay and contemplating the picture
- the powder as a fragrant beauty ideal of a woman
- the colour beige
- a sea of purple flowers, a gentle breeze is blowing
- Elegance, timelessness and classicism

If any of you dear girls or boys know of a similar fragrance, with a comparable powdery texture and warm floral splendour, please let me know. My last bottle will not last forever :D

The green rose drowned in bergamot juice
Valentino Donna Rosa Verde and I - difficult story. I wanted so much to like it and wear it!

First of all to the fragrance pyramid: I find the components incredibly exciting. Green roses, that's something you rarely smell and also the combination with mate and ginger - just sounds super fresh and great for the summer.
I have been thinking for ages whether I should buy the fragrance and I actually wanted to avoid a blind purchase. Due to the limited situation because of Corona it was a bit difficult to test in the perfumery and then I decided to order it blind. No sooner said than done. I was very impressed with the bottle and the color of the perfume - it just looks noble.
The scent: I tested it immediately after I bought it - and at first I found it very green and fresh - as I expected. You can clearly perceive the bergamot, the ginger is easily added and provides a nice pungency. After a few minutes it becomes slightly soapy rosy, but not too much. That's the green rose, which I still find excellently met in this fragrance (I'm a rose fan anyway and that's something new). I don't smell the mate tea explicitly, but all in all it fits together very well, if there was one thing not: the bergamot!
The bad thing about it is that my husband smelled it and thought it was so bad that he thought the smell was like cheap liquid soap and detergent with lemon. It must be said that he is not the biggest perfume fan, but he has never said anything like that to any of my perfumes or samples. And in principle I would actually wear it anyway, but after he mentioned that, I also think that the scent has something of very cheap soap in some public toilets, and I'm sure that's that intense bergamot note...
It is a real pity about the fragrance, because the pyramid has system, it is an interesting combination, very green, very fresh, great bottle, more than acceptable price... but I'm not comfortable with the bergamot... It reduces with time, but I can never get rid of it completely, because the fragrance doesn't last very long.
Sillage is moderately available for about 4 hours, after that very close and he doesn't last 8 hours working day with me. Theoretically he does not have to, it is a green, light scent
Before you want to buy the fragrance, don't make the same mistake I did, please test it :D
If you like bergamot, it could be a nice light (!) freshie for the next garden party with iced mate bergamot iced tea and white-green roses on your garden table.

The smell of my teenage years
As the title suggests, I wore Eve in my youth. My mum always had an impressive perfume collection and I was allowed to try out some of them or even sniff them. She also loved Sun by Jil Sander and at some point she left Eve to me, which she probably didn't like that much - that's how I got this fragrance.
I find the bottle very beautiful in its subtle simplicity and also a little bit noble by the coral color.
My perception of the fragrance: Eve starts fruity for me too, but not too squeaky-sweet fruity, but through the grapefruit blossom it forms a woody fresh note - really a pleasant prelude.
The floral notes in the heart caress the wearer nobly, until the somewhat woody and very warm vibe of cashmere wood and patchouli joins in the base.
All in all, I find the fragrance to be warm, pure and elegant. If I had to classify it, it would be for me a late summer evening walk with really beautiful golden light of the setting sun.
I personally believe that it is suitable for all age groups and also for some men (if the person likes it - provided the person likes it). Karoline Herfurth is a really good advertising medium - clear, straightforward, beautiful!
The durability & Sillage are both ok and I came with a few sprayers over the whole school day at that time.
My conclusion: Could well be a beautiful signature or everyday scent, I remember it with pleasure. At the moment I'm not planning to buy it again, but one should never say never ;)

Light Gourmand Musk
Actually I wanted to test White Musk (the EdP) in the Body Shop and that's why I came here. I heard so many good things, but I didn't like it that much at that moment. Then I also tested the others and found the scent of Black Musk really nice, even after half an hour of testing.
The fragrance initially smells sweet and peppery and the musk is present from the beginning. I don't smell the other components explicitly except for a little patchouli, but it fits together well overall. It's true that the fragrance goes a bit in the direction of a lover's box.
The shelf life is not too good, but it is primarily the eau of the toilet, so it's ok (4 hours about on me).
I think the Sillage is really relatively small, so it's rather close with 2-3 sprayers.
The bottle is sleek and black with a purple label that goes well with the sensual notes. However, it's always stupid not to see the fill level.
After several tests at home I would not necessarily get the eau of the toilet again. I think there are better and longer lasting scents in this direction, but the scent is okay.
For teenagers and generally Musk/Body Shop fans it is probably quite passable and I can well imagine it on a young lady who does not want to smell perfumed yet.
