A little bit of lavender and palo santo
When I first spray this perfume it smells like sweet play-doh. I was not expecting this since the note that results in a play-doh like smell on my skin is heliotrope. This sweet, super soft lavender play-doh lasts on my skin for over an hour until it softens and just smells like a sweet, super soft lavender and palo santo scent. Unfortunately, I don't pick up on the black tea, date sugar or milk in this perfume. And disappointingly I don't smell the purple yam. If you're able to distinctly pick up on all the notes in this perfume, consider yourself lucky. That was unfortunately not my experience.

Disappointment
This perfume is currently only available in Australia, which made receiving it here in the US a big deal. To say I'm disappointed in this fragrance is an understatement. I don't detect most of the notes that are listed. The most prominent note is caramel, it's very dense. I also pick up on a bit of coffee that isn't listed, and a tad bit of milk chocolate. Overall, this perfume smells like an iced caramel latte that has melted long ago and is on the verge of spoiling. That weird spoiled note lingers throughout most of the wear time of this perfume. I don't know if this perfume just needs to "sit longer" since each bottle was freshly made prior to arriving here in the US, but for now this is a disappointment unfortunately. If something changes (positively), I will update this review.
Lavender Suede
I hardly detect any chamomile. The lavender note, and a spicy leatheriness is what I detect. It also isn't as feminine as the bottle or the notes portray. It's pretty unisex, so a man could definitely pull this off and not have it veer into being too feminine.
I think a better name for this would have been Lavender Suede. The suede part coming from the smoothness of the smell of the leather in the background.

Not what I was expecting... powdery, sweet, lemon.
When first sprayed I got a blast of tart, sweet lemon. Similar to that of a piece of sour lemon candy. This tones down as it settled on my skin and I began picking up on the creaminess of the almond milk and on the zesty orange note the perfume has. Oddly enough, despite not having any notes that would give a powdery effect, this perfume smells powdery. Said powderiness gives this perfume a mature feel. I'm a big lover of lemon gourmands but I don't think this is blind buy safe, it's not what I was expecting based on the notes. It's also very "perfumey" as it settles so I don't think it's a gourmand perfume, yes there is sweetness, but nothing akin to the status of being edible.
A cloud of powder
When I first applied this I got a burst of orange sherbet and cotton candy. Surprisingly it wasn't overly sweet or what some would consider juvenile. The tonka bean and sandalwood tempered it from being so. However, after about 30 minutes, it began smelling slightly powdery. As time progressed and the 2 hour mark hit, it smelled like citrus infused powder that I imagine a 1940's burlesque dancer would apply on herself before getting on stage. The dry down smells very vintage-y and not what I was expecting from the notes or the name. I would not consider this a citrus gourmand after the initial first hour of wear passes. I wish the perfume remained like how it initially smelled because it was such a great mildly sweet, orange sherbet scent.
